Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Kamphaeng

We loved our stay here! The house is so big and clean! Everything was so nice and well decorated. Would definitely recommend staying here over a hotel!

Especially love the first floor!The creation of light and french retro furniture are simply a photographic studio!The kittens bribe with a cat strip really have a sense of lens (the studio on the first floor we live in doesn't feel crowded at all or the private bathroom ~ There is also a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchen utensils and condiments, and the refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also very large for a family to rent. It should be comfortable to rent a long house ~

The house is quiet and private. Easy to get around. Clean and safe. The whole group feels like home. Very impressed. Thank you to the landlord for being very accommodating and helpful.

The place is very beautiful snd so peaceful. I am in love with the colonial architecture style. Everything is classy ,thoughtfully put together. I love how the host pay attention in detail ,like the different level of pillows firmness. I am so picky with pillows and I am so pleased with the fact that the host totally understand it. There are many activities around the area such as traditional costume rental or join Tie-Dye fabric workshop with Cotton farm, definitely stay at this place again.

Convenient location, you can walk to Thapae Gate, 7-Eleven, Cafe, except for those with a bar downstairs who sleeps light may not be suitable for staying loudly.The place is no different from the photos, also free drink, water, small pack biscuits, ask the host to buy new for us when providing more hair dryer, super👍🏻

LOVED staying here! Waking up to endless fields right outside the window felt like a fairytale 🌟. The house was cozy and peaceful—perfect for escaping the city noise. Woon and his wife were incredibly welcoming, offering proactive tips on local dining and transport. They even helped plan my daily itineraries, making every outing effortless. If you want fresh air, gorgeous views, and a host who truly cares, this is your go-to spot!

This is very good and comfortable living experience. The host is nice and they will prepare breakfast each morning! Very very wonderful experience, will booked again at future.

The new room is very clean and lovely. It's like staying in your own house. It's close to 7-Eleven. It's super easy to walk to eat and get a car. The bed is comfortable. I have a whole house next door. It's not loud. My favorite is that there is a kitchen and a washing machine for free. Big screen TV. The landlord is welcoming. I will definitely come back here again.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

We liked the peaceful atmosphere and the position near the center of chiang mai. The traditional Thai house is comfortable and really spacious and the breakfast is great!

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

Amazing !! The house is a true work of art the amount of thought and planning into this estate is amazing ! Patty and the entire staff was equally as awesome ! They helped us plan our days as well as arranged car services . Breakfast was also more than we expected adjusting the time in which we were going to be leaving in the morning . I can not say more positive things about our time spent. We all enjoyed it very much . It is like a fairy tale home and property it is a true work of art .

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

I don’t know where to start, because we loved our stay so much and would definitely book again! The apartment looks even better in real life than the pictures and it was really clean. Waking up in that beautiful und peaceful location is everything, you can even see the elephants! The host is super lovely and helpful and not only waited for us to arrive late in the evening after an emergency that brought me to the hospital earlier, but also arranged someone to pick us up from the hospital and drive us up to the accommodation. Definitely rent a scooter in town and come up here, because there is much to see around the area and you always get a scenic view while driving around! It’s the perfect location to calm down and spend time in nature!
