The house is very large and beautiful, the space is very good to have a very good time with friends or family, unfortunately the boiler did not work this weekend and we could not enjoy the pool as we would have liked but other than that, everything was perfect. Mr. Juan was very kind and attentive all the time, we thank him very much for his kindness!

The house is practically new, there were 7 of us and we all slept comfortably, it is small but has everything you need; it feels safe and is inside a gated community.

After staying at a few places in CDMX, this place is a real treat. Very clean with plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. Water, tea, coffee and some basic condiments included.

That one is very attentive, and gives you the facilities for your stay.

You'll find all the amenities to rest and enjoy the place. There is a shop about 200 meters away, where you can buy anything you need for your stay. In addition, Erik's photographs and description are accurate, so you will undoubtedly have the peace of mind of knowing that the place will not only meet, but exceed your expectations. The place is cozy and quiet, and very close to the access door No. 2 of Teotihuacán, so choosing this place with such proximity, will make you recharge energy before or after the walk you take in Teotihuacán or the surroundings.

The place and the stay were wonderful. The house was in very good condition, with all the amenities described. The person who attended us to give us the key and was attentive to us was very kind. However, the host was found somewhat absent, the location was not accurate and they did not answer the phone. We had to wait 30 min to get the exact location. Correcting this last one I would 100% recommend it for a quiet day away from the noise.

I found it a perfect place to stay with family, it is very cozy, spacious. The area is very quiet and there are several options to eat around. A very nice stay despite the cold due to the time we travel.

Overall, the place works great if you're traveling with a group of friends and looking for a place to stay for the night. If your intention is to enjoy a more comfortable experience, with luxury and everything you need to cook, I recommend bringing your own utensils as the place is not fully equipped in that regard. What is most appreciated is the privacy and independence it offers. Unlike other accommodations with many restrictions, here you can feel more free to organize your stay at your own pace, without that meaning it is a permissive or unattended space. You can get in or out when you decide and this is not a problem. Of course, it is important to note that it is a property in the process of construction, so some areas are still in black construction. There is also presence of insects, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Also, it is not so close to the center if you plan to move walking, although if you are driving, that makes things a lot easier.
