Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in San Juan

I want to say that my stay was amazing. The place was great. I enjoyed every bit of this stay It was very comfortable. The lady answered whenever I needed It was very convenient very professional. The pool area was amazing. It was good enough for my little birthday vacation. It was comfortable. Space was nice and cool. The lady was great. Everything was pleasant. I appreciate the little birthday stuff she put for me it was cute thanks a lot

Margarita’s place is exactly what we are looking for in old San Juan - location, great sunlight, and a historical cultural vibe. The place is very spacious with great furniture layout. The bed is extremely comfy. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Huge California King with 100% cotton sheets. I loved our stay, including the loud music downstairs. Isn’t that we are looking for in part of the experience of the old town? The roof table is amazing. It provides so much sunlight and ventilation to the space, so the space feels very open. I also like Margarita’s furniture choices and placement as an interior designer. All the furniture feels really well placed and adds great accent to the place. Last, if you care a lot about water pressure in the shower, maybe a lot of San Juan apartment is not a good choices for you. The shower is very underwhelming but that seems like a universal problem in San Juan.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria's. The air bnb is located in a very safe and gated neighborhood with a playground adjacent to the home which kept the kiddos busy. During our stay Puerto Rico experienced a blackout leaving 1.3 million people without power. Fortunately, the home is equipped with a powerful generator that kept us comfortably lit for the duration of time. I am so grateful we didn't have to go without, and I recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay within close proximity to local eateries and attractions. Maria is a great host, always available and friendly, I will definitely return in the future.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

Good place to stay for a 4 day trip!

The communication with Lucy was excellent - very responsive, engaged and helpful! The instructions were perfect! After an oversight on their behalf, I received some reimbursement after asking for it which I greatly appreciated. The AC worked well and everything was clean. The water pressure was poor and we typically took Ubers to get closer to Old San Juan but it was usually just a 5-10 min drive. Overall, I would recommend this location - it was cute, clean, relatively quiet and easy to get to places.

I would 10/10 recommend Wilson! The accommodations & home were stunning! Great recommendations on everything in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. New build in gated are! Such a wonderful experience booking with Wilson! Will be returning!

My wife and daughter had a nice stay at Jasmin’s listing. The home was very clean, there were many options for food deliveries and they especially enjoyed the covered porch and convenient parking space. A very convenient location for a peaceful stay. Overall, it offered very good value. Only suggestion for improvement would be the lack of a washer and dryer that would’ve added convenience to their stay. That being said, it was a good stay at Jasmin’s listing.

Great location and close distance to restaurants. Perfect for big families.

Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

The location was pretty central to everything of interest in the metro area. The country roads to access the place could be challenging to drivers not used to steep hills and narrow roads, but the amazing views are worth taking on the adventure. The set up is rustic, with plenty to do and enjoy as a retreat to just kick back, or as a home base after a day of exploring. José is quick to respond to any inquiries and has a very pleasant demeanor.

Great place to stay at.

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

This was our second time staying at Armando’s place. Extremely satisfied and will definitely consider it next time we’re visiting Puerto Rico again. Accessible to everything you could want/need with all the amenities readily available. Very responsive and accommodating if you need any help or changes. Would 100% recommend staying at Armando’s property.

Our stay in San Juan was nothing short of exceptional! The space was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to enjoy together or retreat for solo time. The massive outdoor terrace is a beautiful sanctuary. The location is the perfect balance—close to beaches & all the action, yet tucked away enough for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. As a mom, traveling solo with 3 kids, this was especially important to me. But what truly sets this stay apart was the host. Tommy’s hospitality is second to none—warm, proactive, & genuinely invested in making sure we were having a great time. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful check-ins, he went above & beyond. If we needed anything, I knew he was just a quick message away. I highly recommend Casita Coqui to anyone looking for a memorable & comfortable stay! We can’t wait to return to our newfound paradise! 🏝️

Diana, who is a phenomenal host, has gone above and beyond to create a space that will make you feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment you walk in! We travel to Puerto Rico often and have stayed in many Airbnbs in Isla Verde, but none comes close to the Cozy Cabin. The apartment is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, and Diana has added thoughtful details throughout. The patio is a great place to relax after spending a day on the gorgeous Isla Verde Beach, which is just steps away from the front door. There are many great places to eat in the area and Condado and Viejo San Juan are just a quick Uber ride away. We had one of our best vacations ever- and it was in large part due to how happy we were staying at the Cozy Cabin! It was truly magical and we plan to definitely return!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Fab’s place was a quaint little second floor apartment that has been nicely renovated and well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a couple night stay. It was clean, well stocked, and secure. There was enough street parking while we were there on a weekend in June. The window ACs were enough to cool the whole apartment. I found both beds very comfortable. I loved being able to explore old San Juan for a day, site see, and window shop. Night life in the Tmobile district was very lively and a must do! Thank you for a great time.

Loved the place will go back on my next vacation
