Casa Marroquí | Lakefront Villa on Lake Atitlán

Casa Marroquí (formerly known as Muzzen Muzzef) was designed by our parents after their trip to Morocco in the 70s. Its arches, domes and stained glass details are some of the enchanting architectural features they so admired and wanted to bring home with them. This unique property meets the shores of Lake Atitlán, which is one of the most wonderful lakes in the world. Its cobalt blue waters and the three volcanoes surrounding it make the view from the house a breathtaking experience.

You will have a charming experience. You will be close to everything in this basic, clean, comfortable, and new apartment that is on the fourth floor of the building. In the space, you will have a large patio to spend time outdoors enjoying a spectacular view. You'll be close to restaurants, bars, tourist spots, and Spanish schools. Our rooms have unique spaces, access to our gardens, beach, and sunbathing areas. Your reservation includes our brand-new four-person Jacuzzi where you can listen to your favorite music and soak in a top-quality hydromassage, as well as use our kayaks. The Jacuzzi is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
