All the comfort of a modern house in a 3,500-square-meter park, a few blocks away from a beach on Rio de La Plata. A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Our beach ranch is immersed in the most preserved area of the protected forest of Santa Ana, it has an interesting and slow construction, we know you will enjoy its peace. Ideal for two people, it has large areas inside and outside, an outdoor bathtub, a clay oven, a stove, a deck for reading; inside a large room with unique windows, a nice kitchen and bathroom, the room invites you to meditate. A conscious place that cared for and adapted to the forest🌳

La Viña Tranquila Casa de Campo, Close to Wineries!

La Viña Tranquila is a unique, modern, & tranquil place located in a rural Canelones ~40 min from MVD. It's surrounded by fruit trees, eucalyptus, and nature. It's centrally located to visit the wonderful Uruguayan wineries in the area. A great place for singles, couples, and/or small group of friends to relax & escape the city. The house has 2 rooms each with AC units & 1 bathroom for a maximum capacity of 4 people . There's plenty of open green space on the property. We're pet-friendly!

The location is excellent, just 1 block away there are bus stops with a fast connection to the whole city (Ciudad Vieja, Pocitos, Tres Cruces, etc.)The location is privileged and allows you to move easily without the need for cars. 24-hour security.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can be rented with the guest house that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Beautiful for walking to the river and discovering nature

It is a 2-story house, very comfortable, bright, clean and functional, just 3 blocks from the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with full beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. It has a completely new bathroom downstairs and a bathroom upstairs. This is a property to enjoy. It has a children's corner, trampoline, soccer goal, basketball hoop, and hammocks. We go with our young children and are HAPPY there. We hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do.
