Steve & Patricia were excellent hosts, they made you feel at home. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was not disappointed at all. My family and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you Steve & Patricia for welcoming us and making us feel like family instead of strangers.

Wat een ontzettend leuke locatie om te overnachten. We zijn ervaren Airbnb-ers. En soms vind je een juweeltje. We waren de 2e gasten van José en Sylvia. Hun enthousiasme om het ons naar de zin te maken was uitzonderlijk. De kamer zelf is vrij klein..maar hun welkom in hun eigen huis en geweldige tuin compenseert alles. We kregen een heerlijk Costa Ricaans ontbijt. En we hebben zelfs bij ze gedineerd! Nu zal dat zeker niet standaard gedaan worden..maar wat hebben we er van genoten. Kortom..echt een aanrader om ze te bezoeken!

EdenAtenas is exactly that…an Eden in Atenas. The views, the lushness of the greenery, the serenity of the environment and the brekky is the prescription one needs to rest, reset, and relax uninterrupted. It’s easy to get lost in the tranquility of it all and not leave the property. For those that may want to indulge in work, watch movies or just listen to some rhythms, the WiFi is strong so no worries. This place made my first trip to CR memorable and has me wanting more.

Naturaleza y tranquilidad en una bella zona. La zona combina la experiencia de estar en un poblado rural, muy tranquilo, pero al mismo tiempo cerca de centros de población con todas las facilidades (a solo 20 minutos del centro de Puriscal). Está cerca de ríos con cataratas y pozas, a pocos kilómetros. La piscina es bella, agua refrescante y limpia. La cabaña es rústica, con una cama, baño y closet. Se descansa cómodamente, escuchando siempre sonidos de la naturaleza. Se tiene acceso a un rancho rústico que, al estilo de las tradiciones rurales pasadas, cuenta con fogón, horno de leña y paila. Está totalmente amueblado y equipado también con cocina de gas, refrigeradora y muchos utensilios de cocina. La atención y trato de los propietarios fue excelente. Fueron flexibles en horas de llegada y salida, con una muy buena comunicación. Sin duda alguna nos gustaría volver.

Truly a beautiful place. Xenia was very accommodating, approving my booking request on very short notice. Bungalow was very clean. The grounds are very nice, with soothing sounds of a creek in the bottom of the ravine and birds in the morning. As a bonus, she sent me up the road to a small local establishment where I had my most flavorful meal in Costa Rica.

Any questions and extra help I needed were absolutely met with kindness and care. I didn’t speak enough Spanish to understand the bus schedules so they called them for me and we talked on the phone together as they translated. Also had an upset stomach one night and they kindly let me have some cooked rice (that’s all I wanted). Very kind people and great location.

María se esmera en la atención y la amabilidad es su distinción al hospedarte con ella. Excelente estancia, lugar cómodo, muy limpio, espacioso y seguro. Es un lugar ideal para ir solo o con familia, esta cerca de la estación del tren Heredia y de bases de autobuses. Cerca del centro de Heredia, de tiendas, restaurantes, comercios, de centros comerciales. La zona es muy tranquila y segura. Mi experiencia fue perfecta

It was very easy to get there, the location took me there perfectly. I need some stuff and there is a big supermarket half block from it so it was an awesome location. Also needed a pharmacy and it was only 2 blocks aways. There are many bakeries and stores, malls close to it. 2 big plazas are like 5-7 mnts in Uber. I really love it. The price was worth it. It’s a nice, green (plants and trees) and windy house, clean and the host were very helpful and helped me with some stuff immediately. I would definitely choose this place again

Very nice hosts, always happy to help and proactevly communicate. They made as a delicious dinner and traditional breakfast. Nice people
