Holiday rentals with breakfast in San Joaquin River

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Kathleen was a fantastic host: responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout, especially for some of the requests we made. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This was a lovely, unique and super-clean space that we truly enjoyed staying in! Location-wise it was a great home base for visiting Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Cindy was a great communicator and an amazing host. The snack tray and fresh cookies that welcomed us were an awesome treat after a long day of travel!

We came into town with family for my daughters graduation at Fresno state. The home was about 15min from the school. The home worked out perfectly for our family that was staying with us. As soon as we walked in we were so happy with how clean, cute and comfortable the home was. We loved the modern aesthetics and country farmhouse feel. We loved the outdoor firepit the ambiance of the overhead lighting between home and barn. It also had an outdoor table tennis that the family enjoyed playing. The property was so sweet and charming inside and out. We wish we had more time to enjoy the home since we were busy away at graduation festivities. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

This is an excellent house. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace on the outside balcony. The host was quick to respond, and also accommodated a delayed checkout time. The location is walkable to all the main restaurants in Shaver Lake, which has excellent food. It's a 10 minute drive to the Shaver Lake marina. There are tons and tons of amazing day hikes less than 30 minutes from this location.

Our stay was very pleasant, neighbors were friendly and all in all we felt safe during our stay. The house came with everything we needed to make meals and spend time with our kids. The area was close to shopping and the freeway. Very easy to get around town.

My family and I stayed here to be close to Yosemite, and it was a pleasant, just over 30-minute drive to get there. The house is easy to find in a quiet, beautiful area, close to town where there are stores and restaurants. The house was perfectly clean, and everything was as described. My family all agreed that we did not want to leave because it was a wonderful stay. We plan to come back to Yosemite, and we plan to stay here again!

My family and I spent Christmas and New Year's at Justin's place, enjoying his beautiful decorated tree, thoughtful gifts, and delicious cake from a well known bakery and the stunning views of the mountains and city lights, including a firework show from the city. Justin‘s house is just big enough that we all have our own personal space but cozy enough that as a family we were all together.

The house is beautiful! Lots of space. Very clean. Great location. Great communication. Would highly recommend and I will use this host again for sure!

Denise was a great host. She met with me at check-in and walked me through her home which was great. The room was comfortable and private. Sometimes parking is hard to find but the complex is well lit so I always felt safe, however, I did need a flashlight to unlock the doors to the unit and my room at night. Overall my week there was great and I highly recommend Denise as a host.

All I can say is WOW. This place is amazing. You won’t regret staying here. Beautiful surroundings, secluded, cozy, warm and inviting apartment that just makes you feel at home, maybe even better than home. It has everything you need, so don’t worry. It’s very close to the valley too. I enjoyed every minute of it. Alexey is an amazing host that gives you great instructions, takes care of you personally and makes you feel at home. Yosemite is magical already, and having a great place to stay just makes the whole experience perfect!! Don’t settle for a run down hotel in the valley, stay here! We sure will be staying here again! This is our third stay at this property and we continue to love it. It is so comfortable and convenient to stay inside the park. The bed is very comfortable and the place has all of the amenities to cook and relax after a long day on the mountain. You save so much time, and energy being able to leave the valley and be ‘home’ in 30 minutes. Most gateway towns are 90 minutes at minimum. Highly recommend this place and we will be back next year.

Susan and her boyfriend were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. They helped with directions to Yosemite which was very very helpful. Made me feel right at home and very safe. Invited me to eat with friends, made me breakfast and packed me travel snacks. I left wishing I had more time there and as though I had made a new friend.

This is what AirBnb was meant to be. Our stay at Shelley’s felt like an adult version of staying at your grandma’s place for the weekend. Her hospitality, home cooked meals and beautiful doggos made this experience one of a kind. Shelley filled our weekend with horseback riding, cherry picking and puppy playtime. The property is well kept and spacious. The room is intimate and the bed is soo comfy. It’s empowering that Shelley is able to take care of this farm on her own. We’ll be recommending this place to all our friends. If you’re a dog lover in the Bay Area, definitely consider this AirBnb for an unforgettable weekend getaway!

We only had one night at Bette’s cozy cabin in Fish Camp, but it was everything we hoped for and more. The space was clean, beautifully kept, and had such a peaceful charm—it felt like stepping into a hidden retreat in the woods. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Bette, for sharing your beautiful place with us.
