Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

Sara's place was perfect for what we required. We were in Menorca for a wedding for a long weekend and ideally located in Binibequer area - super easy to walk into town for bars & restaurants or the beach. Really usefull little supermarket night next door as well for any essentials. House was very clean and had everything in the desciption including table tennis equipment. Sara also aloud us a slightly later checkout on final day as we had a lot of time to kill before our flight. I would highly recommend!

Super nicely renovated old village house in second row from the harbour of Cala Rajada. Converted and furnished with a lot of taste. Minimalist and yet cozy. Perfect for relaxing. Radiates tranquility. Very clean. Great courtyard (patio) and indoor balcony, but no terrace with a view - as it belongs to a Mallorcan village house. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront, as well as to the fantastic small beach Cala Gat. Ideal for us, because everyone could do something independently and we were not always dependent on the car. Ideal for those who don't want a standard tourist hostel and yet not far from everything on a finca. We will definitely be happy to come back.

The location of Rachel’s house was perfect and the position right on the water was incredible. We loved the patio overlooking the ocean and it was so special to walk the couple minutes to the swimming cove. We went to some other beaches on the island but in the last few days we realized there was no reason to leave the house and swimming cove. It was perfect! There are a couple small stores within walking distance and cute town of Binbecca Vell just 5 minutes walk or so. Wouldn’t want to be any closer or it would feel too close to the crowds. The house is also very close to one of the nicest restaurants on the island with an incredible roof deck—Bambu. Highly recommend. We drove all over the island and were really glad we chose Rachel’s house. Rachel was really helpful and gave us lots of suggestions about what to do, where to shop, eat, etc. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

We were very well received by Séraphin when we arrived. He showed us the house and told us everything there was to discover in the area (beaches, restaurants, shops). The house is perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. We really enjoyed the pool with our children and the little extra, the ping pong table located in the shade. We highly recommend this rental.

Our stay in Menorca was wonderful. Easy check in and check out. Extremely easy to find, came with all the essentials, and location is excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would recommend having a car to get around the island, but there is tons of parking at this Airbnb so nothing to worry there.

Really great and clean villa. Pool towels, umbrellas for the beach, kitchen utensils, all the amenities you could need. Hosts were very friendly and we even could check in ahead of the scheduled time due to the villa being empty the day before. Great pool, great view. The only negative I could think of is out of their control: that the walk to and especially from the beach are more strenuous than we expected, as there is no direct way there.

Accommodation, just as shown in the photo, beautiful residential complexes that give peace. A very big downside is that the house is without mosquito nets, the first 2 days we lived between flies and mosquitoes, the remaining days we always spent with the blinds closed, in this way we did not have insects in the house, we also bought the insecticide, but it did not serve anything. Francisco has provided us with sheets and towels for the bathroom, unfortunately for the latter, I recommend adding at least large towels, as they are too small, thankfully that it was summer and you did not suffer from the cold. We would have to add small improvements to the house to make it more special, for example to the pillow room chairs, because they were uncomfortable, replace the broken outdoor chair and also put an extra one to be able to eat outside, many small things...but overall we had a good and experienced Menorca and Francisco's house fully. I hope to be back soon.

The deal with Lluís has been easy with a quick response. Very attentive. The house is located in a very quiet urbanization and 5 minutes from Ciutadella. The photos of the house are faithful to reality. I was very good. A fantastic house with a garden and pool to finish off the beach days and maintain privacy. We stayed at this place for a week and it was great. It is a few kilometers from the airport and downtown Mahon. If you rent a car, all the most beautiful and sought-after beaches are easily reached. The pool and terrace where you can also dine are beautiful and have made our vacation very beautiful. The house has large spaces and is really nice and clean. Lola and Miquel welcomed us warmly and are very helpful. Recommended!!!

Excellent accommodation! We had a great time with 4 people! Thank you Francoise for hosting us. The accommodation matches the photos and description in every way. It is ideally placed to admire the most beautiful sunsets or to get to Ciutadella quickly.

Denis who is in charge of the accommodation was great from start to finish. the accommodation is really nice and very well-equipped. possibility to come to 2 families without problem. moreover we had access to the garage which allowed us to store our rigid bikes and paddles. we recommend 😀

We had a lovely stay. The place was clean and nice. There was enough parking space nearby. The beach accessible on foot in a few minutes is really the best part of this accommodation! Several restaurants for tourists nearby, some were not bad (Mai Tai Son Bou, Es Jardi des Temple for example)

We were there in early November and it was very nice and quiet. To note, almost all restaurants and shops close within walking distance at the end of October. The shower is great, beds ok, kitchen good, dining table fold out. We paid 50 euros for baby bed and high chair. Unfortunately, there is no vacuum cleaner in the apartment, just a broom.

Thanks for our stay We really enjoyed discovering Menorca. Son Bou is ideally located on the island to discover it fully. The apartment is faithful to its description. We really enjoyed the birds around the residence.

Lovely apartment. It is very close to restaurants, beach, supermarket and a wonderful bakery. We would love to stay here again.

We spent 4 weeks in this house with 7 month old baby. The house offered everything we needed for our stay - very clean, well equipped and we felt the love that went into decorating this place. Especially the garden and the terrace were great for our child to play outside and for us to enjoy our morning coffee. Big thank you especially to Claudia for organising a crib for us. In general the communication with Claudia was super easy, informative, proactive and very fast. Additionally we made use of the offer to get a cleaning fresh up, which was extremely well organised, super thorough and affordable. Thank you very much for a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Binimares!

I was our second stay at Villa Maria and we felt right at home coming back. The place was exactly the same as last year, great set up, quiet and private location, beautiful gardens and pool, plus everything you need to have a relaxing stay. With the villa being positioned on the hill you get stunning views of the sea and landscape in front of you, out of the way enough but walkable to an array of restaurants.

we stayed 1 week with our 2 children aged 1 and 3, the accommodation is ideal for a family, beach within walking distance as well as side supermarket and restaurants.

The apartment was really lovely with very private pool with direct access from the property. Supermarket couple of minutes away which proved cheaper than main ones in town. 20 minute walk to restaurants and beach but bus and taxi options quite easy to catch. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay. The area was very quiet. When we asked about a kettle one was purchased for us. Don't forget a torch if coming back in the dark as the lockbox was too dark to see. A few instructions in English for the cooker and washing machine would have been useful but worked it out eventually.
