It has 1 24,000 BTU air conditioner, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms each with a double bed, access to the 5th floor (laundry), 55" smart TV, cable and wifi. The apartment is only 7-10 minutes from downtown Tumbes by bus, 7-10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from the hot beaches, 25 minutes from Puerto Pizarro and 30 minutes from the border.
