Venimos caminando y disfrutando de Barranco (y Lima) hace 30 años y hemos creado este espacio con todo nuestro cariño. Un espacio pensado en viajer@s curios@s que valoran el descanso después de una inmersión en una ciudad como Lima y descansar para despertar con el canto de las aves. Nos encontramos a pocos metros de un hub gastronómico (Central, Mérito, etc), cafés, tiendas de diseño y museos.

Cozy apartment on the 4th floor (with an elevator) overlooking the building gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, with coffee maker and drinking water always available. Located on a quiet street in Barranco (not on a noisy avenue). It has a pool, gym, laundry, co-work space, 24-hour reception, and high-speed internet. Keep it simple at this peaceful studio and centrally-located place. This studio is located a few meters from the Malecon with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean, with parks, bike paths and a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy. Nearby are restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, markets and everything you need for your stay. Do not forget to visit the municipal park of Barranco and El Puente de Los Suspiros.

El Estudio del Arquitecto

Loft con vista a una hermosa calle arbolada y muy tranquila. Muy cerca del malecón y la playa. El departamento es un solo ambiente con todo lo que necesitas: cocina, sala y comedor. Se encuentra en un segundo piso y cuenta con balcón, lo que hace que la conexión con la calle sea muy especial, pero sin ruido, ya que la calle es tranquila, con muchos árboles y pajaritos.
