Holiday rentals with a patio in San Ġwann

We were a group of 5 girlfriends, we felt at home and comfortable. There were two grocery shops within 1-5 min walk away. Plenty of space in the apartment for all of us without being in each other’s way. The jacuzzi is fab, bigger than the picture shows. The only very small negative is the front bedroom gets street noise, nothing ear plugs can’t fix!

We had a wonderful stay. The location provided many easy options for transport to get to other places in Malta. We visited a small club up the street that had local residents and out of the regular tourist spots. The host is excellent giving lots of advice for places to go and eat in Valletta and Sliema. The apartment is located in a very quiet area . Amazing facilities and views . Clean and very spacious . Couldn’t fault anything excellent excellent. Best location in Sliema

Very nice apartment, clean and spacious. Very nice view, which is always a plus. Far from some of the activities we had planned, but Bolt and Uber easily accessible. Near the ferry to get to the Port of Valletta.

Brilliant stay at Christina’s flat, lovely apartment, clean, homely. Terrace was lovely for relaxing on, got the sun from around 9am. We hired a car and found parking nearby when required. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Philip was so friendly and communicative, and gave us tons of recommendations for our stay. He checked in regularly to see what we needed. They house is in a calm, accessible area - perfect for our trip.

Loved this place. Quiet yet within two minutes of busy streets of Valletta. Lovely and clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. Definitely would recommend

Alfred was really nice and helpful since the beginning, he always replied fast, and had a really detailed guide about the house and its rules, so everything was clear from the start. He handed us the keys without a problem when we arrived form the airport, his house was located in such a calm and silent area, but just around 20 minutes walk from Paceville (Party area of Malta) if you're interested in some parties or nightlife as well. Sleeping was extraordinary In this house as there's no loud noises at all. I was there during winter so obviously it was little cold, but both rooms have air conditioner, so it should help. There were multiple bus stops located near to the house within 6-10 minutes walk. There were shops around it, but there's a Lidl I guess within 20 minutes walk. Everything as true in this house as described on AirBnB.

Very comfortable and cozy stay. The apartment was as advertised. Great location … so close to the harbour, shops, restaurants, transport. Super responsive, friendly and helpful host.

This was a great air BnB. Good location, friendly hosts and excellent facilities. The house is hard to imagine from the photos, but it is wonderful. Beautiful, homely and very practical too. Well-equipped kitchen, iron, washing machine, shampoo/shower gel, tea/coffee and hair dryer all included. Comfy memory foam mattresses. We loved the little courtyard/terrace space and appreciated the quietness too, whilst still being super close to town. A great location for visiting Mdina and Rabat’s own sights of interest. Also very close to the bus stops to connect you with other sites. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely place.

A very proactive host who gave clear instructions to checkin, provided all amenities, regular checkins to see if everything was going well and have good recommendations to see around. The apartment looked nicer in real than in photos. Parking lot and public transport are closeby. Had a very nice experience staying here.

Lovely place to stay and the pool was a great addition to our stay. Throughly enjoyed our time here and is a lovely place to stay. Within walking distance of some really nice restaurants and not a far walk into Valletta at all.

Very beautifull and clean.

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Lucas is a brillliant host and was very responsive. He helped us with local recommendations and fixed any small troubles we had! Everything was clean and tidy. The hot tub was amazing! This stunning house is worth every penny.

Paul and Simone were very helpful. We could not get the washing machine to work ( no water); we called and they arranged for someone to come and sort out the problem - and this was a Sunday morning. Impressive! They were very responsive to any other communications too. There are instructions in the kitchen re sorting garbage etc - these were easy to follow ( unlike some other places). Lovely little courtyard. Very comfortable and pleasant place with great hosts.

I will start with practical information, and one piece of information to be precise - this house has everything, but literally everything that is needed for a short or long stay. In this topic, this is sufficient and fully true information - nothing is missing in this house. And when it comes to impressions, Bizzilla is a wonderful and complete place filled with warmth, love and good taste in the smallest detail. In Bizzilla, every key, even the smallest, in the door or small door has its own keychain and the worn stone stairs testify to its long history. Beautiful place, the apartman has everything you need, there was a bottle of gold water in the fridge (which I was really happy about). The whole place is clean, well-furbished and convenient, the bed is comfortable. It's in a quiet street, but just 2 minutes walk from the sea and lots of restaurants and bars. Instructions are accurate, key is easy to collect and Bianka always answers fast. Highly recommended place!

I stayed 7 weeks and loved the location for exploring Malta. It’s right on major bus routes - 20 minutes to Valletta; 25 Mdina and 50 mins St Paul’s Bay. An hour to the Gozo ferry. Hamrun is a feisty Maltese neighbourhood we loved the local shops, their friendliness, the amazing street party when they won the National Football and well everything. You cannot be so close to the tourism hotspots yet immerse with locals as you can in Hamrun. Our hosts response time rated 20 minutes I found it was under 2 minutes and enormously helpful. Everything as promised and more - I spent half my time with friends on the large upstairs terrace with views to Valletta and the Mediterranean. Great for fireworks which seem unending in Malta for Patron Saint feast days. Was trip of a lifetime I thank Francesca and Fredrick so much - they genuinely cared about my comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is renovated airy and spacious. It’s tasteful and clever. Lots of things supplied. Brilliant - TY F&F!

We felt very comfortable at Edward's. Although the house is in the centre of Sliema, the apartment is very quiet. You can easily explore the island on foot or by bus from here, and you can reach the rocky beach or the modern shopping mall in 10 minutes. The cool courtyard makes the apartment something special, a very pleasant place to end the day or to eat and relax together. The host was always very friendly and accommodating. We will be happy to come back.

We truly recommend Stefania's place. Cosy, beautiful terrace to relax on, close to the St Giljan's bay and accomodations.

Lovely flat! The location was great - very close to the beach and lots of different restaurants and bars. Daniel was very helpful, friendly and responsive if we had any questions. Would very much recommend!!

We loves the setting of the apartment and the balcony was the biggest plus overlooking the sea views. We enjoyed waking sitting having tea and coffee to start the day. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities we needed were available in the apartment. The air con in the bedroom was a god send. Such a great find in a great location.

We had a lovely stay here, the penthouse is fab! The roof terrance is a really good touch, a lovely pool / bbq and amazing views. As hosts both Daniel and Svetlana were super responsive and helpful. Always on hand to help out. Would recommend if you like your own space and enjoy a sea view. It’s a lovely walk into town where there are nice restaurants and ice creams and in the other direction there are several great swimming spots with two beach bars seeing food and drink. Would highly recommended :)
