Fantastic family villa with stunning vistas. It was great for our large family and still giving us enough space for ourselves. Shops nearby and good access to Taormina.

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert – die Bilder in der Anzeige entsprechen absolut der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, großzügig geschnitten und liegt in einer wunderbar ruhigen Gegend – perfekt, um abzuschalten und das echte Sizilien zu genießen. Wir waren mit unserer achtköpfigen Familie dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Jeder hatte seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und trotzdem gab es viele schöne gemeinsame Bereiche – ob auf der Terrasse mit Ausblick, beim Essen im Freien oder im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer. Wichtig zu wissen: Das Haus ist nur mit einem Mietwagen erreichbar und die Auffahrt ist recht steil. Es braucht etwas Übung und ein bisschen Fahrgefühl – erfahrene Autofahrer schaffen das aber gut. A Hidden Haven in the Heart of Catania We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay. This villa was a truly unexpected haven tucked away in the city of Catania. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, stunning views, and the beauty of the grounds. The lawns and garden were meticulously maintained—lush, green, and full of color—which made every morning coffee feel like something out of a postcard. The spacious pool was a highlight for our family, offering a private and refreshing escape after a day of exploring Sicily. It was spotless, well-kept, and perfectly positioned to enjoy both sun. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality of our host Giovanni. Not only was he warm and welcoming, but the food he prepared for us was unforgettable—fresh, flavorful, and a true taste of Sicilian home cooking. We came expecting a comfortable place to rest, but what we found was a sanctuary that far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend

We stayed 2 weeks and it was a great base for exploring the east side of Sicily and Etna. A hire car is essential as the apartment is located in a quiet spot away from the main centres. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with great views from the wrap around balcony. The swimming pool was a real bonus - we made use of it most days. Salvatore & Antonio were very helpful and responsive to requests (many thanks!). Highly recommended if, like us, you are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Bra beskrivning och medföljande videoklipp för att hitta boendet, vilket var svårt via Google maps. En rejäl stigning med bilen, som var väl mödan värt! Oerhört vackert boende och omgivning med fantastisk pool! Cinzia var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam vid frågor och funderingar. Castelmola som by var också den väldigt vacker och det fanns många mysiga restauranger att äta på. Rekommenderar starkt!

Sehr entspanntes Anwesen direkt am Etna - etwas rustikaler aber mit sehr viel Charme. Wir waren mit Baby hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Berglage genossen. Vor Ort gab es alles, was wir brauchten und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ende Mai war es dort auf 700m Höhe noch etwas frisch, weshalb wir den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Ich denke am besten kommt man hier im Sommer hin, wenn es an der Küste schon zu heiß ist und man vor der Hitze fliehen will. Wir konnten den großen Außenbereich aber trotzdem sehr geniessen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich und die Anfahrt von der Küste ist stellenweise steil, kurvig und zieht sich ziemlich hin - da hat man nicht sehr oft Bock drauf.. Wir haben auch deshalb nur jeden zweiten Tag Ausflüge gemacht und ansonsten viel am Haus entspannt. Andrea war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und obwohl er selbst in den Urlaub gefahren ist, sehr gut zu erreichen.

It was a lovely place and very easy to get to the main tourist spots and harbour. Paola gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do nearby.

Perfect place to stop after collecting our hire car from Catania airport. I little hard to park but all went smoothly

Nous avons passé un séjour hors du temps à Motta Camastra. Le village est typique et les habitants sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Notre hôte nous a accueillis avec une extrême gentillesse. Il était très prévenant et chaleureux et nous a conseillé des restaurants et lieux à visiter à proximité. Je recommande vivement !

Encantados con la casa de Elisa, fuimos en familia y con auto. Es muy práctico ya que tenes lugar para estacionar en la puerta de la casa. Estaba todo impecable y Elisa te espera con todo para una rica merienda o desayuno. También te asesora para ir al centro a través de un ascensor y las mejores playas para visitar. Sin dudas volvería!!

Right from the start, our hosts went above & beyond to make sure my family had a wonderful first visit to Sicily. Our overnight flight arrived early in the morning, and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, complete with a tour of the apartment’s bedrooms, bathrooms, and two terraces. They showed us around the building, made sure we knew how to access to the pool, and gave us clear instructions for how to get in and out of the garage and pedestrian entrances. They even went so far as to make dinner reservations for us that ensured our 11th wedding anniversary was spectacular and surprised us with a bottle of champagne in the refrigerator. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of three, and they provided a crib and bed linens for our son. The terraces were incredible, with unobstructed views of the water. The air conditioning was also essential in the hot Sicilian summer. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Taormina

Magnifique logement avec une grande terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et le petit port. Logement bien équipé avec des attentions à notre arrivée. Nous étions attendus, Concetto nous a accueilli et a été très réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons à 100%!

My 3 sisters and I stayed for our annual European trip and the apartment met out needs and more. Every morning was spent on the balcony taking in the breathtaking views. Taormina is the jewel in Sicily’s crown with so much to do and see including a taste of opera, history, boat tours, beaches, shopping, gelato and more. 5 days was not long enough. Local shops and amenities are on the doorstep and you couldn’t ask for a better location with easy access to the cable car and bus stops etc. Very easy pick up/drop off for Uber. Steps are a feature of the area so pack at least 1 pair of sensible shoes!

It’s been a pleasure staying at this sweet little house and enjoying the calm garden with the pool. The area is very good to discover the Etna and every other old crater that is situated close by. Warm recommendation, Ida has been a lovely host. ☺️

Claudia hat uns direkt persönlich begrüßt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Das Bett super bequem. :) Man hat viel Platz! Wir können die Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen.
