This is a detached studio (240 sq ft, 22 sq meters), with a private driveway entrance, and free off street parking. Settle in with the comfy queen bed, European style wet bathroom, high end kitchen area with an electric kettle, drip coffee kit, full fridge, combo toaster oven/air fryer, induction cooktop and dishwasher. Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

The apartment is directly below our main living space, so you will hear muffled conversation and light footfall.
