Holiday rentals with a patio in San Foca

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Great host and great appartement, I recommend it!

Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor on the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with the necessary for ironing. Down at 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park around. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay, It was everything we hope for and Luigi was a great host. Appartment was very cozy and clean with brethtaking, panoramic view from terrace. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Otranto it's a beautiful city with a lot of attractions, beautiful beaches, nice restaurants, bars and lovely people. We really recomend this place and would come back for sure.

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

Great stay at Jacopo’s! Pros: Location close to train station & next to city center. Bed was comfortable. Spacious & modernized flat. Nice bathroom with big walk in shower. Washing machine available. Small outdoor area with foliage. Quiet street, slept well there.

Wonderful house in a quiet and picturesque town. The house itself is well and tastefully equipped with a spacious bathroom and very nice shower cabin. The kitchen exits directly to a very private, big courtyard (facing south-southeast). The internet connection is great for those who wish to do remote work (stable and fast connection even in the courtyard). Very quiet neighbourhood, as it is at the edge of town. However, the very picturesque old centre is a couple of minutes walk away. Grocery shops, bakeries, restaurants, all in walking distance. Many beautiful cities within less than half hour drive can be reached from Corigliano. Both the Adriatic and the Ionian coasts are easily reachable too, as well as bigger towns like Lecce, Gallipoli, Otranto etc. The host, Gianluigi, has been very friendly, communicative, always fast to respond, and gave many useful info and tips for the area. We highly recommend this place for short or - even better - long stays.

Fantastic stay in a nice part of Lecce within walking distance of the city center. Also perfect as a base for the Salento. Be sure to have a coffee at one of the authentic stalls in the street and don't forget to eat Pizza at Rosetta's. We will definitely come back.

Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked beautiful in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, cot, blender for puree, stroller and even parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to introduce him to the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good holiday. Even mosquito nets. They even provided a map and recommended plenty of nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

We were guests of Maria Teresa, we immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is a real "gem" and the hospitality is excellent, the host always considerate towards us giving us excellent advice on the area. We had a problem with the car and she helped us solve it. Too bad the weather was a little bad. We will gladly come back. Heartfelt thanks and hugs.

Excellent host. Really nice place to stay. Everything we needed and parking was simple.

Roberta's apartment is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lecce. Large, well appointed, well-equipped, with a beautiful terrace the apartment is peaceful day and night. Access with an elevator to the 6th floor is ideal. The neighborhood is ideal for parking your car, shopping at the Conad supermarket 200m away, and a bakery 100m away. Lecce is a very beautiful city and an ideal base for discovering Salento. I recommend the apartment and Roberta for her hospitality and good advice.

We felt very comfortable with Francesco The place exceeded our expectations (clean, everything present and surrounded by a great garden) and we really enjoyed the time in the immediate vicinity of a wonderful beach. Thank you for the great hospitality, Francesco! Hopefully we can make it to Punta Prosciutto again!
