We loved our stay at this charming farm! The beauty and tranquility of this place is beyond words. The houses on the farm are beautifully decorated and the host was super welcoming. The highlight of our stay was definitely the chance to disconnect from daily life and simply enjoy nature. We visited the nearby villages and hiked to the top of the Serra da Estrela, which was an unforgettable experience. We spent our days exploring the vast lands and admiring the stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In the evenings, we kicked back in the hammocks, enjoying the mountain breeze and the sound of birds chirping in the distance. The local cheese was a real treat, it was one of the tastiest cheeses I've ever had! All in all, our stay at this farm was an experience we will never forget. We returned home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend this farm to anyone looking for a natural getaway. Thank you so much for sharing your little slice of paradise with us!

We were two couples with a child and two large dogs. We were super well received by Mr. Carlos, who, in addition to being a very affable person, was always available. The place is beautiful, the photos don't do justice to the house and the entire surrounding farm.

Jorge’s beautifully restored mill house by the river was perfect for our two families (five boys, two dogs). The old molinero blends historic charm with modern comforts; underfloor heating, smart thermostats, so you enjoy nature and luxury. Bedrooms vary but are all spacious with designer bathrooms, including one with a jacuzzi. Shared spaces are ideal for family time, with a big wooden table and stunning views of the waterfall. A unique, special place! I especially loved the fireplaces in both houses, adding warmth and charm in the evenings. Down by the river, the little house, terraced deck, and outdoor jacuzzi were pure fun - a generous touch from the host, truly worth it! And the Valle del Jerte was just wonderful; we enjoyed two beautiful walks between rain showers. Thank you, Jorge, and special thanks to Bianca for the warm welcome. Hasta la próxima!

Excellent house! 11 people with very good conditions. Lots of games, books, guitars and very comfortable. We'll be back! But we'll want to use the pool too. I recommend it 200%

In general, everything is fine. The house is spacious, heated and has a very nice patio. It has a garage for two cars, which seems to have to book in advance (we didn't know it). And you have to book it because, as we were told, the plants in the house are independent and can be rented separately to different families, therefore some of the shared spaces (the backyard, the garage, the porch...). This missed us because when we booked we understood that we were renting the entire house for us. In the days that we were there, there was no one else in the house, but it is something that would be advisable to clarify with the owner before booking. Otherwise, we were comfortable in the house and we had no problems.

Very nice house, with a living room with wonderful views of the countryside. Antonio super friendly. Very easy to communicate with. A place to repeat.

It was 4 wonderful nights in this space as well. The whole experience, from before the booking, to the check-out was simple and with absolutely nothing to point out. From Mr. António, who from the first minute proved super available to answer questions and help in everything, to Isabel, who takes care of the house with extreme care, and who was an authentic sympathy. We were 4 adults and a little bigudo, and we had a great days of rest and peace, in a home and outdoor space extremely well cared for and with all amenities. We want to go back, no doubt!

The Lagar is a place to disconnect and enjoy the environment and tranquility. It's a little cottage that has everything we need. With the fireplace it does not go cold, although you do have to be aware because when it turns off the temperature is quite low, and if you go upstairs it is very hot. We hope to be able to return in summer to enjoy the patio (beautiful) and the pool. The environment is wonderful and Carmen has been very friendly from the start. Perhaps in winter the price could be revised, not being able to enjoy the attraction of the patio, and although the area is very nice, the price is comparable to "trendy" destinations, where you access all kinds of services. We were able to bring our puppy with a surcharge of €10.

We had a great time at Amalia's house, her directions were very useful. We hope to repeat!

I have had many different accommodations but this is a real gem. Really nice location, view and house. A little difficult to find but the whole village probably knows what you are looking for, I did get some help from a nice lady. I should bot promote this too much as it might be booked when I come back.

The house is very comfortable and nice. It keeps all its charm and its different spaces play a lot. It allows to very well explore an area that is very special for its villages, gentes and landscapes.

A lovely cosy, characterful apartment. Gorgeous views over the valley from the balcony. The private pool & garden was lovely. We particularly enjoyed walking around the vineyard and orchards. Ideally, the shower needs updating. However, we still recommend a stay and would visit again.

What a nice, clean cottage in a beautiful, rural quiet area! A lovely bed, a nice shaded terrace. A lovely large swimming pool. Lots of privacy, very likeable hosts. A place to come back!

A lovely place, amazing view, super easy and fluent communication with the host. Super helpful and kind. I wouldn't write an excellent review hoping the place will be available next time ;-). But both Sansão and his father, who lives next door and we met briefly, are so friendly and kind, the deserve the best review ever. Thanks for everything, we enjoyed every moment of our stay

We really liked the house. We are very clean and friendly, the host always attentive to our needs and with an enormous respect for our privacy. Unico, the kitchen could have more utensils. We miss a pyrex for the oven and the dishes are very limited which forces you to wash the machine at every meal. At compto global was well worth it.

Beautiful place, mountainous road to get there but it's worth it. Don't arrive at night if you don't know. Home away from everything but it's happiness when you're looking for tranquility. Pool without a robot or dip net, so gets dirty very quickly. It is also filled with natural mountain water, so if you want to swim you must be a fan of fresh water… The fridge is really small, when you occupy the accommodation at 6, it is really inconvenient.. knowing that the nearest grocery store is 20 minutes away by car and you will only find the bare necessities.
