The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. You will be surrounded by the best haute cuisine restaurants and entertainment options. If you have access to a private vehicle, you will be able to move around the city more flexibly. Keep in mind that the centre of Madrid can have heavy traffic, especially during rush hour, so it is advisable to plan your trips in advance and consider other options if traffic is heavy. From the moment you make your booking and throughout your stay in the accommodation, until the moment you leave, I will be at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As an added benefit for our guests, no additional charge will be applied for check-in after this time, offering you greater flexibility in case of a later arrival. We also offer early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, subject to apartment availability. Please note that in case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the apartment, the cost of locksmith services (€150) will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the locksmith. It is important to note that parties and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Beds and towels will be prepared for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Accommodating more people than specified in the reservation is not allowed. We kindly remind you to turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment, and to take out the trash daily, especially during summer months. Please ensure that the apartment is left tidy upon your departure and treat the space with respect. Tourist flat registered and in compliance with current regulations. La vivienda presenta un diseño tipo estudio con una cómoda cama doble integrada en un ambiente amplio y tranquilo, junto a una zona de estar y comedor que se abre directamente al exterior. También dispone de sofá cama, apto para 4 personas. La cocina, de estilo contemporáneo, está completamente equipada con horno, microondas, frigorífico y pequeños electrodomésticos, permitiendo preparar comidas con total comodidad. Los acabados en tonos claros y materiales naturales aportan una sensación acogedora y actual en todo el espacio. Al tratarse de un ático, uno de sus mayores atractivos es su amplia terraza privada, que proporciona gran luminosidad durante todo el día y un espacio ideal para disfrutar del clima de Madrid, ya sea desayunando al aire libre o relajándose al final de la jornada. El alojamiento dispone además de aire acondicionado y todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia confortable. En conjunto, este ático es una opción ideal para quienes buscan un alojamiento moderno, bien conectado y con un atractivo espacio exterior en la ciudad. Servicios extra: Si viajas con un bebé, el apartamento ofrece la opción de una cuna por un cargo adicional de 30 euros y una trona por 20 euros. Si necesitas ambos servicios, la tarifa combinada es de 40 euros. Es importante comunicar estas necesidades con anticipación para que todo esté preparado a tu llegada. Cuando llegues al piso, te recibiré en persona. Si, por cualquier motivo, no pudiera hacerlo, le ofreceré la opción de un auto check-in. En cualquier caso, le visitaré en el piso una vez que se haya registrado. El check-in libre tiene lugar de 16:00h a 18:00h. El check-in después de las 18:00h y hasta las 21:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 20€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Check-in después de las 21:00h y hasta las 23:00h tendrá un cargo adicional de 30€ a pagar por el huésped en el momento de la entrega de llaves. Tenemos la opción de auto check-in durante estas horas y es gratuito. El horario de check-in es hasta las 23h de la noche, tal y como se indica en las normas de la casa. Si por circunstancias ajenas a nosotros (retrasos de vuelos, etc.) llegáis después de las 23h, os puedo ofrecer la opción de que alguien os reciba en persona (no hay posibilidad de auto check-in y el check-in debe ser en persona) y en este caso, tendréis que abonar 35€ en el momento de la entrega de llaves. De 01h a 02h, 50 euros. Después de las 02h NO es posible alojarse en el piso. Ofrecemos early check-in y late check-out sin cargo, sujeto a disponibilidad en el apartamento. El check-in hasta las 23:00h está garantizado, y la disponibilidad después de esa hora se puede comprobar. El huésped será responsable del coste del servicio de cerrajería en caso de pérdida u olvido de llaves dentro del piso (150€ a pagar al cerrajero antes de abrir el piso). Tenga en cuenta que para las reservas de ÚLTIMA HORA no se puede ofrecer que esté listo para la hora de entrada programada. Las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas están estrictamente prohibidas. Las camas y toallas están preparadas para el número de personas indicado en la reserva. No está permitido alojar a más personas de las indicadas en la reserva. Within these 69m2, you will find an intimate space that will provide you with the necessary tranquility to recharge after exploring the wonders that Madrid has to offer. Every corner was utilized and designed to provide you with the best experience during your stay. We provide towels, bed linen, gel, shampoo, and hand soap included for initial use. The climate control system is configured by season (heating mode in winter / cooling mode in summer) to ensure an optimal temperature at any time. For you to enjoy more space, the sofa bed will not be set up, but you will find the bedding set neatly stored in the wardrobe. A security deposit of 300 euros will be required.
