The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a generator, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that may arise, while you are staying at her airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Staying here was an amazing experience. The location is perfect. There is a restaurant across street as well as several others nearby. It's next to a dry cleaner and laundry store. There are several corner stores near by. It's also about an 8 min walk to the main zonal colonial area. You can see the beach from your front door or go up to the jacuzzi area for an even better relaxing view. The place was super clean. I especially liked the lights in the bedroom. The host was super responsive to any questions that I had. I definitely will be staying here again!

José is by far the best Airbnb host I have ever had. He provided many details regarding our stay that went above and beyond. He checked in with us daily and sent us local restaurant recommendations. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. our favorite part was how quiet it was! We liked it so much we're coming back for the last two nights of our trip!

Apel 7 has been one of my favourite towers in the DR, but being in this apartment has put it on my favourites list. A 10 out of 10.

Responsive host, perfect location, unit was beautiful and it was fun looking out the big windows. The restaurants walking distance were also wonderful.

Everything was fine, just a mishap in the basement parking lot, but then everything was excellent

My stay was totally worth it, it's not a waste, every space is beautiful, my only recommendation would be to change the curtains for black out ones, because a lot of light comes in there and above all you can see from outside, but after that everything is perfect, I would come back 100 times
