Holiday rentals with a pool in San Cristóbal

Patricia’s home is beautiful and nicely located. The outdoor patio, pool, and grill area were exceptional. This was a perfect place for our family gathering with four adults and two children. We appreciated having access for laundry and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Thank you, Patricia and Gabriela!

Excelente casa, espaçosa e muito bem equipada. Viajamos em um grupo de 5 adultos e 3 crianças e a acomodação atendeu muito bem. A comunicação sempre foi clara, rápida e tivemos flexibilidade tanto para check in quanto para chek out. Além disso, encontrarmos frutas, água e vinho na chegada foi muito agradável. Caso voltemos a Buenos Aires, ficaremos nessa acomodação!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Adrián’s house in Buenos Aires! The house is beautiful and has so much charm. Very spacious for gathering and hanging out with friends. The terrace upstairs was a perfect place to relax and take in the wonderful atmosphere. Adrián was very helpful and resourceful for us as this was our first time in Buenos Aires. Whatever recommendation you’re looking for, he is knowledgeable! Be sure to ask about his friend available to provide private city tours. This part was definitely a highlight of our trip. Also, ask about the best dining experience you’ll ever have! To end our trip, we had a local visit with Adrián to a restaurant where we tried local dishes and drinks. The perfect ending to complete our journey as he again hosted us as if we were longtime friends! Great person and incredible Airbnb. Do not miss out!

This house exceeds expectations. Having a pool right in the middle of the incredible Palmermo neighborhood felt too good to be true. The house is enormous and filled with hang-out spaces inside and out. Six colleagues stayed in private rooms comfortably for a week, and had group meetings in the various rooms. Sherrine was chill and super-helpful.

Unfortunately, there are not 20 stars to rate this place. It was magical, amazing, huge, wonderful, clean, etc. etc. We were 6 adults and we absolutely LOVED this place. It was everything we hoped for and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well designed and had room for our toiletries, the kitchens(s) were well stocked and the living areas were huge. The ground floor had an enormous family room with a bar and kitchen and laundry. The next level held the master suite. The third level had another spacious living area with a stereo system and two more bedroom suites, and the top level had yet another kitchen and outdoor living area with a pool. I've never been to such a luxurious Airbnb. If you're going to Buenos Aries, this is the place to stay! The only drawback (not fur us) would be the steps. We had no problem at all but if you're elderly or otherwise impaired and can't walk up steps, this is not for you. It was also very secure with a double gate and entry

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Lindo lugar para alojarse, en una zona tranquila de Buenos Aires, gran variedad de restaurantes en la cercanía y el barrio ofrece un número grande de actividades tanto durante el día o la noche, el depto 10/10 impecable, cuidado y prolijo, fácil acceso.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos máximo caminando de la mayoría de bares y restaurantes a los que fuimos. El departamento estaba muy limpio al llegar. Si bien el check out fue un poco temprano (10 am), nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta las 13 hrs. Tuvimos un problema con la alarma de incendios que sonaba sin una razón clara. Me comuniqué con la administración y me respondieron y resolvieron muy rápido el problema. En general, la comunicación fue muy fluida. Lo recomendamos.

Der Kontakt und die Absprachen mit Valeria waren super freundlich, schnell und einfach. Wir haben uns in ihrem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt - wäre es noch etwas wärmer gewesen, hätten wir sicherlich auch den Pool genutzt. 😊 Die Waschmaschinen im 15. Stock kann man problemlos nach dem Erwerb von Coins (im nebenanliegenden Kiosk) nutzen. Ein Tipp: frühes aufstehen lohnt sich, dann sind alle noch frei. Einen kleinen Kritikpunkt haben wir, für den Valeria allerdings absolut nichts kann. In einer Wohnung nebenan hat ein Bewohner einige Hunde, welche mehrmals am Tag (auch mitten in der Nacht) vor der Gassi Runde und bei der Rückkehr extrem laut bellen. Das hat uns einige Male aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Ansonsten war alles liebevoll hergerichtet und wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!!

Patricia es una genia, es la anfitriona que siempre quisiera tener, muy atenta en todo momento y rápida en responder. El apto es precioso con una vista increíble, volveré!

Realmente la respuesta y atención fueron excelentes. Llegué antes de viaje y logré acomodar el horario de ingreso. El depto realmente muy cómodo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente. muy recomendable.
