Located within Nahuel Huapi National Park, in a valley surrounded by hills, minutes from the beaches of Lake Gutierrez, in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, with direct access from Route 40, 20 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 25 minutes from the airport.

Rustic log cabin with a living-dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, an outdoor BBQ and parking. In summer, enjoy the beach and the lake, and go for walks in the forest. One room has a double bed; the other has two single beds. In winter, it's an excellent location for those who want to enjoy skiing and snowboarding at Cerro Catedral.

It has Starlink satellite internet, fast and stable. All on one floor, except for a few steps at the entrance. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. Parking next to the house.

Our house is located in the middle of the forest and on the shore of Lake Nahuel Huapi, with wonderful views of the lake, hills and mountains of our National Park. We are 25 kilometers from the city of Bariloche within the "Circuito Chico" tourist circuit in the Peninsula San Pedro area, which makes it an ideal place to rest, contemplate and get in touch with nature in all its expression.
