The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a night after flying into Liberia! It's in a very cute neighborhood with cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops just a quick walk away. The beach is also very close. Easy parking, a nice condo, and the kids loved the pool. Plus, we saw a giant iguana!

The Villa is grandiose! The outdoor spaces are exceptional! The pool, the monkeys, the outdoor shower everything is well thought out! We feel alone in the world! Everything is beautiful and the host gives an amazing service! Book now, it's worth a day trip!

You will not regret staying here. My boyfriend and I had an unforgettable experience here in cocoa. The view really is that good & the pictures really are accurate. We came during the off season and got great weather, little rain but mostly sunny, and we are already rebooking during peak season. We fell in love with Costa Rica here. Thank you Dean! The stay at the accommodation was excellent, the place was clean, comfortable and the host was very attentive and friendly. As for the location, it made me feel a little insecure at first, probably due to personal perception. However, we had no problems during our stay.

It’s hard not to start by mentioning the hosts—Julie and Francis are incredibly friendly, welcoming, available, and proactive. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. The apartment itself is brand new, spotless, practical, and equipped with everything you need—and all with great taste! It’s perfect for a couple or a solo traveler looking to explore Coco, its beaches, and activities. I will definitely be back without a doubt! I recommend it 200%. Thank you!

We had such a pleasant time here. This was our second stop after our destination wedding at an all inclusive. This was the perfect place for us to relax into. The pool-gorgeous & perfect temp. Location- walkable and only like 6 min walk to beach. Room/cleanliness- great we were pleased when we walked in. Clean, cool and the bed was super comfy. Erika was an amazing host for us! We loved her. Didn’t use the house keeping as we were only there a few days but did use the laundry service. $20 a load washed dried and folded. Worth it to us.

Sandy and Melissa have a great place within walking distance to the beach! the space has everything you need and is clean and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again!

In general, CR was more expensive than I would have guessed, which made Andrea's place an even better value than I hoped for. The unit is in a gated area right on a beautiful beach with a very active reef, and lots of colorful fauna. There's even a nice restaurant 100m away. We stayed much closer to home than we intended for the whole trip. If there was anything that might scare people away, there were several ant species roaming around the unit. It's a jungle, and they have wings, so what can you do? Nobody got bit, and they were individuals, not swarms. I also evicted a land crab that was enjoying the AC. I don't think you're going to find anything without an elevator and a lobby that doesn't have this level of intimacy with the local fauna. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea's place to anyone.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. Karene's place is absolutely amazing. The space was clean and spacious, very private and peaceful. One great experience I had: I was sitting by the pool and in the forest I got to see a bunch of howler monkeys in the trees. Karene's place is about a 20 minute walk to the center of town, I used the electric scooters which make it much easier to get around. The beach is also very close. Overall it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Tamarindo.

Excellent location, it is approximately 10 minutes from the center where you can find everything. The place has a beautiful view and everything is very clean and tidy. The condominium is very quiet. I recommend it and hope to come back !

Nadia and Ronny were absolutely great hosts and staff. Nadia was always there for any questions or recommendations where she would help with anything you needed. The property was amazing! So clean and nice just like the photos. Ronny was right there to clean and help with anything you needed at the room. The balcony was great too because you saw the beautiful sun rises and sun sets. The pool was so nice and clean too. The property was a straight shot to the beach and right there next to the restaurant & Bar scene. Groceries were close too. The kitchen was perfect for that too. The bathroom and shower were perfect after a long day at the beach or hiking the jungles. This place made my CR trip so exciting. It was really easy for shuttles to find for pick up so I got to do a bunch of activities. Plus a big drive way if you rent cars, trucks or motorcycles or even ATVs. It was really close to everything and all the tenants were really nice and chill. Overall an incredible time here. 10/10

This place exceeded my expectations. Pictures don’t do justice. The restaurant at the top is AMAZING. Lizette, the person who received us, is a beautiful person and very knowledgeable. Don’t think twice to book this!!!!

Kathy’s condo was in the best location with walkability to the beach and many restaurants. Everything was convenient. This was my first time to Costa Rica and seems to be common but there was no hot shower. It was non issue for us because it was pretty hot daily but didn’t have it on the radar because I am from the US. Everything was great and the host was communicative. Would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Logan’s place was an absolute paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The pool is amazing and a lot of fun! The garden is beautiful and brings so many different kinds of nature to watch. We saw something different everyday. His staff is very helpful and friendly. It was the best place to celebrate our 25th anniversary! Thank you!

The condo was great! Very well equipped ( details down to night lights in the bathroom). Beach chairs and umbrella were very convenient as all beaches in Costa Rica have public access. The view from the veranda is beautiful and we had breakfast and did some bird watching from there every morning! The Garrett Group is very communicative, especially after booking. Replied very quickly to all our queries while there. One word of advice, that had nothing to do with the Garrett Group, if you have very young children, try and get a lower unit as the veranda railing has a gap of over 8” at the bottom, and toddlers need to be watched very carefully. We also enjoyed the club once ( for the day) and the prices at the restaurants for lunch and dinner were quite reasonable compared to other places in town, and you get the added 25 US$credit per person on food. All and all, a great stay! Thank you very much to the Garrett Group.
