This is the third time we have stayed, and we are always delighted with the apartment, and the kindness of Maria T.

I 100% recommend the accommodation of Lelia and her family, the apartment is very spacious and beautiful, comfortable and in a very quiet neighborhood. All the people are very friendly, and it's totally worth it.

Great little condo!! Unbeatable location. Walking distance to great restaurants, movie theaters, upscale shopping, Supermarkets. Apartment had a very pleasant decor and aesthetics. Will be back, for sure!!

A great place to stay for a short or long time. For a long time it would be better to have more facilities in the kitchen and bathroom. It has a small stove and a square heladerita. Both could be bigger for a more comfortable long stay (minimum 2 burners and a bigger fridge), although my partner and I stayed for an entire month and it was quite good, somehow we managed to fit everything in the mini fridge jajaj. Good place, near Mariscal Lopez Avenue where you take any collective to go to Asunción or wherever. It is close to 2 Biggies (minisupermercados 24 hs), the Shopping Pinedo (where there is a supermarket Areté), near the Ciclovía de San Lorenzo, which became super cute, is spacious, very green. And also close to the campus of the National University of Asunción. The room is comfortable, the bed and pillows are comfortable. In the house they facilitate washing and dry clothes with the sun.

Very cozy house, next to a small square, on a very quiet street. Kitchen equipment, air-conditioning and bathrooms all working very well. Helpful host.

It is on the side of a hill, the spacious living room allowed us to enjoy the wonderful views that change throughout the day. Quiet place. Sufficient infrastructure for our family of 7, with 4 en-suite bedrooms, distributed on several levels. We had a great time and Ana was always attentive to our questions. We'd come back.

Everything was excellent to the point that we decided to stay longer

Highly recommended, the apartment is just like the pictures in the ad. Pleasant environment with space for recreation, well-kept areas and modern decoration. Peaceful and pleasant studio

Awesome place in a quiet building thats still close to everything. Lovely neighborhood and perfect apartment. Hugo was super responsive and extremely helpful in every way the whole time. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Fer is a super nice person, responds quickly and solves everything you ask for! We felt very comfortable in the condominium! It's SUPER safe and there's plenty to do. We regret not making more of our stay.

Marina's place was very nice, comfortable beds and with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Jessica the manager was very friendly, always helpful and even carried my luggage up the spiral staircase. It was very clean and quiet for the most part although one neighbor did like to play his music quite loud sometimes (but if you're in a downstairs unit it's not really a bother. It's located in a town called Nemby, a suburb of Asuncion which meant a lot less traffic, there's lots of buses to get to the center and locally there's lots of markets to shop so I found it suited my needs perfectly. So if you're looking for a place outside Asuncion but easily accessed by bus then I highly recommend staying at Marina's apartments ;?)

Excellent apartment!! despite the mishap I had, they quickly fixed.. we loved it and it will always be our choice to come back to stay.

A wonderful and impeccable apartment, the host was a 10 and responds quickly, I will definitely stay in the same place again
