Downtown San Antonio is a short 15-20 minute drive with attractions such as the Alamo, the Riverwalk, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and a multitude of dining experiences. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Alma del Rio built in 1866 is located within a beautifully renovated home in the tree-lined King William Historic District, just south of downtown San Antonio. The San Antonio River is across the street with paths to downtown and missions. There is no full kitchen. It has a coffee maker. Microwave. Toaster oven. Refrigerator. Dishes need to be washed in the bathroom. Or left on the counter dirty when you leave.
