Se encuentra en la parte alta de las montañas, a 10 minutos en carro del pueblo de San Antonio Palopó. Villa Catuaí cuenta con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía: cocina equipada, sala, comedor exterior y jardín. Cuenta con acceso directo a la carretera principal, estacionamiento para hasta 14 vehículos y cámaras de seguridad.
