(Violations will result in a 1-night stay cleaning fee). 🛋️ Damage & Stains: Guests will be held financially responsible for any permanent stains/discoloration on bedding, or severe damage/loss of property and amenities. Please handle everything with care. 🐛 Insects & Pests: The property is professionally pest-controlled regularly. However, due to the natural surroundings, some insects may occasionally enter. Please note that refunds cannot be issued for this reason. ⚠️ Safety Liability: Guests are fully responsible for any accidents caused by personal negligence or lack of caution. Chapter One is a quiet and comfortable place to stay that is used by only one team. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen are separate, so it's not stuffy and it's a good place to relax comfortably. You can cook simple meals, and there is also a washing machine and a dryer, so it's convenient during your stay. The entire property is used exclusively by only one group at a time, so you can enjoy complete privacy without having to share space with other guests. Cleanliness is one of the things we value most. After each stay, we thoroughly clean and prepare the entire property for the next guest. Bed sheets, bedding covers, mats, and washable fabric products used by guests are all thoroughly washed and replaced with clean ones. The bathroom is also thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each stay. In particular, we take extra care of frequently touched areas and spaces with high humidity. We also wash and dry the towels provided to guests ourselves and prepare them cleanly, so that guests can always use fresh and clean towels.
