Claudio and his lovely dog Mario welcomed us. The next morning we received organic home-grown tomatoes and lemons. Always friendly and helpful. Both Claudio and little Mario have a warm, humorous and calm appearance. His garden is beautiful and well kept and our area was nicely shielded. Not far from the house, there is a beach where you can rent sunbeds and a beach restaurant that serves food and drinks. There were just the right number of people there and most of them were Italians. Recommended!😎

Perfect house for 4 adults on holiday, new and very well maintained, very pleasant patio in the evening. Excellent location very close to the waterfront and various services, Paolo is a very kind host and ready to assist us during a blackout

I always dreamed of being able to live by the sea and the dream became a reality.... The road directions are perfect, the owners are super available, they gave us all the information about the house and how to manage the waste, where you can go to eat and shop. The house is a favor, for a couple it is perfect, clean and fragrant, excellent linens, kitchen and equipped with all appliances, washing machine included in the bathroom. Air conditioning,in a short time everything cools, USB outlets in all rooms, very useful if you forget the phone charger, gas sensor. In the garden we really enjoyed the gazebo for breakfasts and dinners at sunset,if you want to sunbathe without moving from home, in the garden there are comfortable armchairs, shower and umbrella. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it is a pleasure to sit and listen to the sea. Reserved and accessible car parking from the house, solar panels for hot water. VOTE 10

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Giovanni and Alessia are two perfect hosts. Friendly and discreet. The house was as described, very comfortable to the beach a few hundred meters away, spacious and recently renovated, with two large terraces. Absolutely recommended, equipped with essentials and air conditioning in all rooms!

We've been regularly visiting Sicily for many years, and this was by far the best Airbnb experience so far. Not only was the apartment spotless and equipped with everything and more a guest could ask for, but the hosts are just such lovely and respectful people. Receiving garden goods and fresh eggs for breakfast was an absolute unexpected delight. If you're looking for a genuine Airbnb experience in a perfect location by the sea, don't hesitate to visit this place!

We had a great stay at Simona’s place. The apartment had everything we needed, but the wow factor is the pool. It’s huge and has a very deep, deep end complete with diving board. In a nice peaceful location about a five minute drive from town, and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. Simona was very attentive and able to help with all of our queries. We even got to experience the amazing cakes and breads that other guests have mentioned! Lovely relaxed stay in a quiet part of Sicily

Wonderful trip . Delightful, polite host, always ready to answer all my questions about where to eat and what to do. Yes because they were the only things to ask for since the place was better than what you see in the photo, the house was a miniature of beauty, comfort and good taste. Rating 10 and praises. Highly recommended. We went to 5 families with teenagers. Perfect point to choose seaside resorts, wildlife excursions, and art cities. In short, a dream vacation. Thank you Salvo!!!

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Alessandro’s house with the beautiful garden and amazing views… our 4year old son loved the pool, the playground and- after some time- the big dog ;-) we would love to come back to this great host

Gorgeous villa, decorated and cleaned to a very high standard. Looked exactly as it did in the photos. The location was also perfect, far enough away from the main area that it feels secluded and peaceful but 20 mins walk away from the main beach with shops, bars, restaurants etc. the main square and the marina were beautiful spots. Would highly recommend the location. The main positive feature though, has to be the service and support from staff. Particular shout out to Giuseppe, who was always on hand and available to help with anything throughout our entire stay. One evening our water stopped working and he arrived within minutes and fixed it. Very friendly, professional and helpful man. Cannot recommend this villa enough and we would love to come back.

We loved staying with Giovanni and family whom were really friendly and helpful . The house is beautifully set above a beach with its own access . Our room was lovely with good facilities. We have spent hours over the last few days relaxing swimming and snorkelling in amazing waters . The house is in good proximity to surrounding areas of interest with a car .

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

We had a wonderful stay at Paola's villa! The property was spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room both inside and outside. The outdoor spaces were fantastic – there was a very large, lovely pool that made for relaxing afternoons, as well as great areas for dining and lounging outside. It was the perfect setup for spending time with family and friends. Do note that you’ll need a car, as services aren’t very close by, but this also adds to the sense of tranquility. We highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Andrea's place is terrific - located a group of houses in a quiet area ~20 min drive from Siracusa with gated access that feels "remote". The house itself is half of a duplex and is exactly like the pictures in the listing - it is modern and clean and incredibly well furnished and stocked to feel like home. The beds were comfortable (firm), kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, AC worked great, Wifi was excellent (fast upload speeds), and clothes washer was also good. There was a small hot tub in the backyard that worked OK (took a long time to heat up, but was then fine). There is a rock / rocky beach at the end of the street nearby, but we suggest that you use the 2 beach umbrellas and beach towels that are provided and go to either Spiaggia Punta Carrozza or Spiaggia del Minareto, both are ~10 min drive away. Communication with Andrea was good, and we appreciated his flexibility for our early check-in. Overall, highly recommended.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Sebastiano was friendly and responded to us quickly with questions. He also helped us rent a car. The space was clean and nice. The area is very quiet and recommended for a relaxing holiday.

We had a great week in Tiziana’s place. Beautiful apartment in lovely little town. Lots of great restaurants. Great view from fabulous big balcony. Would definitely recommend apartment. Only negative was we had no WiFi for the week. There was a problem in the area and wasn’t rectified in the week

Beautiful and very stylish and high-quality furnished apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen super equipped. Great bathroom with rain shower. From the terrace, a great sea view, very quiet location, despite the directly adjacent road. Within walking distance (5 minutes) small supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning and an attached coffee and bistro for small snacks. Nearest larger supermarket also easily accessible (15-20 minutes by car). Car parking directly at the property. Beach towels available. The landlord lives right next door and surprised us with very nice little things at the beginning. Contact with the agency is also very good. Day trips (Ispica, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi) can be reached in <1h. Catania airport on the motorway in 1:20h and Taormina also motorway in 2h. The motorway is currently toll-free (!) to Catania (June 2025). Spiaga del Calabosche (<1h) is also super beautiful.

A beautiful oasis of peace in nature, a stone's throw from the nature reserve and about a 10-minute walk from the sea. In the small apartment, there is everything you need, even for cooking. The apartment is located at the end of a dirt road and you need a car to reach places in the region. Serafina was a helpful host, she helped us find what we needed and gave us very useful directions to explore the nature reserve and the Noto region.

Really convenient location, you can forget the car and experience the town with its beaches, if for a few days, or if you have more time, from three days onwards, to visit the area. A few kilometres away, you'll find all sorts of good things. Beaches, nature, cities and of course eating, all nearby or very close. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. For two adults, maximum three. You have to get used to the spiral staircase, which joins the three levels. A spectacular sunrise from the bedroom window! Agostina, very helpful and quick to respond. Always ready to give advice and help. We'll be back. (There were two of us, for 8 days).

Great location for people who want to relax without the crowds. Silence. You can only hear the sound of the waves. 2 minutes to a wide, sandy and beautiful beach. You can also find a good restaurant there. The holiday home itself is very nice and spacious. It is sufficiently equipped, although wine glasses and at least one beer mug would be useful :) Other advantages include efficient air conditioning and fast internet. The surroundings of the house are very nicely maintained. Everything is well-kept. And finally, the owners - Kora and Paolo are very nice and communicative. We send them our warmest regards. It was a very successful holiday :)
