Apartment holiday rentals in Sambuceto

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Paola and Alessio were great hosts. Alessio welcomed us warmly and went out of his way to assist us with transportation when we left. The apartment is well located directly across from the beach and with lots of nearby restaurants. It has large comfortable bedrooms and is clean and well presented.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

Alloggio pulito e ordinato. Praticamente di fronte al mare e a due passi dal centro, ma contestualmente in zona tranquilla. Splendida terrazza riservata per pranzi e cenette all'aperto. Consigliato.

Fabia è stata davvero gentile e disponibile su tutto! Si è manifestata pronta anche a venirci incontro in una situazione di emergenza. La ringraziamo tanto e saremo sicuramente ancora suoi ospiti!

La casa immersa tra gli ulivi crea un’atmosfera di relax nel silenzio assoluto il tutto contornato da una vista davvero meritevole. L’appartamento è ben fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno (stoviglie, asciugamani…). Bruno è stato un host molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutarci! I posti da lui consigliati ci hanno lasciato piacevolmente soddisfatti.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

Very beautiful place, spacious, great for family, great location, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, Paolo the host was helpful, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Ottima esperienza! Alessia è gentilissima e super disponibile. La casa è ampia, pulita, ordinata e dotata di ogni comfort, ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa! Mi sento di consigliare al 300% questo host e sono sicura che, se avremo la fortuna di trovare questo appartamento disponibile, lo sceglieremo di nuovo quando torneremo alla Contea Gentile! Ho soggiornato in questo carinissimo appartamento per pochi giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene Appartamento pulitissimo nuovo e funzionale con ogni confort biancheria da letto asciugamani persino il sapone mani Parcheggio interno e vicino al centro di Pineto Simona molto ospitale e gentilissima Ottima esperienza

Michele è stato molto disponibile e amichevole. Ottima la posizione. L'appartamento è molto ampio con tutto ciò che serve. Non abbiamo avuto tempo di approfittare del barbecue esterno ma sarà una bella esperienza per la prossima volta. Ritorneremo...

Appartamento spazioso, molto pulito e luminoso. I due bagni e le camere da letto separate sono sicuramente una comodità notevole. Parcheggio gratuito comodo sotto casa. Perfetto per un soggiorno a Giulianova e per visitare i dintorni!

We have been very fortunate to travel and Hugo and his Mom Emilia are authentic people. They make you feel as family on day one. My wife and I together with my son and his girl friend had a magnificent stay at Hugo’s apt. Pescara is a layback city with great outdoor restaurants and bars. The beach is great and the people are super friendly. We are coming back many times over and over! Thank you Hugo! Thank you Amelia ! Thank you Pescara !!!

La Chiocciola Resort è stata veramente una piacevola scoperta, situato su questa valle incantata, perfetto per chi vuole staccare e godersi un momento di pace, tranquillità e relax! I proprietari sono delle persone stupende, super disponibili ed accoglienti. Un ambiente sicuramente familiare e curato in ogni dettaglio, confortevole in quanto permette di godere di una fanstastica vista panoramica. Sicuramente ci torneremo per rivivere nuovamente momenti di serenità, semplicità e genuinità che offre e indubbiamente per l'ospitalità ricevuta.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

The place was even more beautiful than the photos! peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They responded quickly to all our requests and provided everything we needed. The instructions were clear and thoughtful. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the outdoor lights—it created such a magical atmosphere. Every detail inside the place seemed carefully chosen with guests in mind, combining comfort and style
