The Cutest House in Samara, perfect location!

Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara with refreshing salt water pool. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Please note: In case of short power outages, the internet and WiFi remain uninterrupted thanks to our power back up system.

This airy house has an open-plan kitchen - living room with many artistic, original details in local recycled woods; terrace, outdoor dining, hammock & garden. You can walk anywhere in minutes & go barefoot to the beach! NOTE: We do NOT have AC and some windows have SCREENS (no glass) for more air flow!

Well located in the center of Samara and 200 m from the beach, our spacious house, perfect for relaxing holidays. The house has a garden with private pool and bbq to unwind after a sunny day. All the comfort you need: a fully equipped kitchen, AC (in bedrooms), WIFI, TV and washing machine The space is well-kept with local charm. 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed (bathroom en-suite), one with two twin beds.
