The room is on the ground floor. It has a king bed with sofa or a single bed, private bathroom w/hot water and AC. It has private pool side yard with 2 loungers. . The Property is front row. So it's considered beach front in Playa Guiones. We have a private path. The beach is literally our back yard, you can hear the waves. We are brand new and have all the conveniences of a modern home. Cleaning staff everyday. Breakfast is included. We have 3 Wifi's, they are Very FAST.

Beautiful room in the middle of the tropical forest and few kms from Camaronal if you’re into surfing, even closer to known worldwide, Playa Carrillo, not lacking on comfort, with A/C (included in this price),Wi-Fi, hot water and private parking space on the spot. A convenient store it’s just few minutes walking distance if you need anything, and so is the bus stop that’ll take you as far as San Jose.
