Holiday rentals with a patio in Samana Bay

Good place and really, really Fantastic host! Just a few minutes walk to the Malekon, restaurants and small shops. 4 min drive to bigger shops like K-Mill. Alexander gave very clear instructions how to find place, where to park car etc. For some small temporary issue with water (common for all residential areas) he gave us credit! Wow! Definitely worth money and we had great time there. Thank you Alexander!

We have stayed in Las Terrenas many many times. This is easily the best place we’ve stayed. The fact that there was hot water alone made this place amazing (it’s normal to not have hot water most times in DR) the place was in PERFECT position to downtown but still off the Main Street enough to have your own space and quiet. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and water jugs were ready for us. We really loved this villa and we would stay here every time we come! Thank you so much for having us:)

Nice lower level condo with huge patio in front with super easy access to the main pool and restaurant. I spent two nights there and enjoyed the super comfortable beds and air-conditioned rooms.

Excellent apartment, José is always attentive, we only stayed one night and everything was excellent. Only the arrival by car is a little complicated. Everything else was excellent.

The space is beautiful, you leave the apartment and you're already on the beach. The apartment has a very good energy that welcomes you, making you feel at home. Juan, who was responsible for us receiving, is very friendly and always showed willingness to help us with whatever we needed. I suggest you bring food to cook because the space is in a very quiet place, not close to restaurants, grocery stores. I definitely recommend it and would stay at this place again

This apartment was spacious, right next to a colmado which was great for quick snacks, and just a short walk to the beach. There was a lovely balcony and the apartment is surrounded by nature. Roosters, dogs, and donkeys all live on the same street, so bring ear plugs. My group of 5 friends really enjoyed our weekend here.

We had an amazing time at casa madera! Not only was Jennifer extremely responsive to our questions and requests, Dora, the housekeeper, was absolutely an angel. The food she prepared left us feeling like home. We had a 3 year old and I am very pregnant and it was the perfect combination of a serene place for me to rest while the 3 year old wasn’t short of places to run and play (the pool, walkable beach, kid friendly excursions, a kayak, places to walk and ground) 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! I hope to visit again in the future.

The place was amazing. The view was incredible and the layout of the house is very unique. You feel immersed in nature while also being extremely comfortable. The kitchen was insanely well equipped. The sound system was perfect. The caretakers of the house live at the bottom and were very helpful and available, but at the same time we still felt privacy was maintained. It’s a short drive from incredible beaches like Rincon. It rained a lot while we were there and we still had an amazing time. So close to nature and somehow not a single mosquito! Other bugs around but not bothersome. Had some issues with the AC and they were swiftly solved by the host. Honestly nothing beats waking up to that view or relaxing in one of the hammocks while overlooking samana bay. 10/10 would come back.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable home in a safe, friendly, and very walkable area with lots to do. The hosts are proactive, communicative, and helpful. There was a person on site ready to welcome us in and show us to how to use the door locks. Someone also provided us information about affordable excursions. My family and I had such a great time! When we return to Samaná again (because we loved it!), we will return to this home. Thank you so much!

The location is excellent for visiting Caño Frio, the host in charge of the villa is excellent in service, he provided us with a person to cook for us, the house is spectacular and safe, the place is beautiful. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our stay at the place was beautiful. The view will take your breath away. The equipment of the apartment is very good. You will find everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable and the hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with all concerns. The manager Jannis on site also helps with everything. Many thanks for his commitment this morning when our car didn't jump on. We would recommend the place to anyone.

The house is lovely, so nicely integrated into the nature, very stylish, cozy, peaceful and functional. Very close to the center and easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay! And the hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back again

amazing location to find peace. the house complex is immersed into the jungle. there is a cool waterfall within 30 minutes walk. the place is reachable only with a 4x4 truck as you need to cross two small rivers. during our stay, unfortunately it rained a lot and the river was uncrossable. the host was extremely kind to let us stay one extra night free of charge and helped us out in bringing us any supplies we might need.

I had already stayed in this residential complex, but not in this apartment, and it was an extraordinary change. Rosio is always attentive and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy the area. It fully matches the description and all the amenities. 100% recommended, we hope to return soon!

Francis’s place was just what we were looking for when thinking about a relaxing beach getaway from the busy city of Santo Domingo. Very clean , cozy and right next to the beach within walking distance. Everything in the apartment worked and in case of any questions the hosts were always reachable. Thank you!

Fantastic stay, great apartment with even greater porch. Lovely grounds. Edwin is so helpful, friendly and quick to respond. We had a couple minor issues that were taken care of immediately. We are really happy with our stay and highly recommend.

We had a great time in Las Terrenas and loved Saskia's place. it was clean and well cared for. it had a great view of the ocean and sunset. Saskia and her team were very proactive in communicating with us. We would absolutely stay here again.

A Perfect Stay! I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful condo! The panoramic views were stunning, even better in person than in the pictures. The condo was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the beach. It was spacious to comfortably accommodate my friends and family, and it was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Getting to the condo was easy, and access was simple and hassle-free. The rooftop and pool area were clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. Evelyn was amazing! extremely responsive before and during our stay. She was kind enough to share great recommendations for beaches and local restaurants to explore. Playa Bonita is the closest beach to the condo, but we found ourselves spending most of our time at Playa Punta Popy, just 8 minutes away. It had more restaurants and little shops, which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views and excellent hospitality!
