Estamos muito próximos ao centro da cidade e aos melhores pontos turísticos, praias, supermercados, academias e etc. O kitnet fica no segundo andar. Estamos localizados em um bairro comunitário porém, tranquilo, calmo vizinhos antigos o que assegura uma estadia em ambiente bem famíliar. Não temos garagem o estacionamento é público e pode ser usado por moradores e visitantes.
