Cottage holiday rentals in Salt Lake City

This is such a cuteeee place. The hot tub was amazing and was everything for a small getaway. It’s super close to the train station and other places. Kay and the others were super responsive. I so wish we could’ve stayed longer it’s absolutely such a cute little place. Would def stay again!!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and this one is in the top 1% for sure. So cute & comfortable, nice amenities, super close to the adorable town with lots of food options, and a beautiful view of pasture and horses outside. Will stay again if we’re in the area!

Kay’s Cottage was amazing!! Needed a place to work in peace and quiet and this was the perfect place to relax and be free of chaotic home and work life 😌😌 the hot tub was very nice and the location was perfect!! 11/10! Kay was very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs, we really appreciated the stay🙏🙏

Great place. The home was spacious with nice outdoor areas, and very charming. The location was perfect, with easy access to the university and downtown. The host was friendly and responsive, and generous with providing snacks, coffee, and all other items needed for the stay. I hope to be back soon!

Excellent attentions from arrival to departure, the place is clean, quiet and very well located, the fridge and mircoondas oven work perfect, it is a good place, you find the mall nearby and places to go to eat.

It was such a a lovely little cottage! We're planning on staying there again if and when we come back!

Great location and walkable to a couple restaurants and coffee shop. If you have a dog, it’s a great walkable neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and kitchen worked out well too. We would stay again. Cheers!

Reviews The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I appreciated Marcel’s prompt and helpful communication. The thoughtful touches, like the new small fridge and the night lights made my stay truly relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend Marcel and this lovely space!

Paula's house is immaculate and so cozy. Felt like home. Beautiful view of mountains and within walking distance of several nice restaurants..Easy walk to a grocery store. Very convenient location!

Great house, easy walk down to Main Street and super convenient to both park city and deer valley ski areas. Would absolutely stay here again.

Just wrapped up my second stay at Mel’s Airbnb in Park City—and once again, it was perfect. Her home is just a few blocks off Main Street, making it an easy walk to downtown or the Town Lift. The location couldn’t be better, and the property itself is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Mel is a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and thoughtful. Highly recommend her place if you’re heading to Park City. I’ll definitely be back.

We had a great stay. My partner and I met our daughter for a long weekend. We only reached out to Katie once (we arrived a bit earlier than planned and were hoping to check in - she was quite accommodating), yet I have no doubt if we would have needed anything, she would have been immediately responsive. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and their were plenty of extra blankets (although we did not need them). The kitchen was very well appointed. Plenty of silverware, sharp knives, utensils, and cookware. The "extras" (e.g., plastic wrap, foil, food containers, cooking spray, coffee) were noticed and very much appreciated. The location was very nice. Not too far from a park/aviary, and a great local restaurant (Park Cafe - the wait is worth it). Also quite accessible to the airport, downtown, and major highways. I would highly recommend Katie's place.

Perfect place for us and a great location. The mall and very kid friendly aquarium are only minutes away as well as being near the highway. My kids loved the air hockey table and other games. Living room was comfy for everyone and the kitchen was super useful too. Gary was super quick to respond for check in. Also, I've stayed in a lot of houses and hotels and this one wins easily for having the bed most like ours at home. We slept great! 😂
