The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

The windmill has 3 beds on the ground floor and 2 beds on the first floor. The sauna house has a kitchenette with everything you need, a steam room and a shower room. Use of the sauna is included in the price. In front of the house there is a terrace and a large dining table with a roof. The toilet is located in a separate cabin.

There is a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, as well as a barbecue in the yard. Children's playground with slide and trampoline.

There are bedd for up to 9 people (7 places on the second floor and 2 places on the lower floor). Try our 2 saunas and the pond to cool off. The Finnish sauna is included in the price, the Russian sauna is for an extra charge. We also offer fishing and sea trips and, upon request, homemade smoked fish and smoked meat.

The place is close to Kuressaare, about 8km from city center. In the house there is everything you may need for carefree vacation (kitchen with all the necessary equipment). Wood-heated sauna with view to sea and large terrace for relaxing on second floor. Fireplace on living room.There are 2 bicycles for you, to use.

The guest house includes a relaxing wood heated sauna (1x15€). It is surrounded by a garden with plenty of grass-space for outdoor games. There is also a bicycle road that leads straight to Kuressaare from just behind the house. It is also possible to rent some bikes (2) from us.
