Looking for a quiet, family-friendly place, I found Vista Serena, and the photos looked spectacular, but when we arrived, we found a beautiful paradise. A paradise is the best description for this place. Beautiful, both the property and the natural landscapes that can be enjoyed. It's so relaxing that I compare it to a cruise and privacy is unique. Yari and Jorge they were very attentive at all times and always available whenever I needed them, and made sure we had a good time. We're grateful for their attention and kindness. Thank you both for being such a great host. We would definitely return without a second thought. Thank you for your trust and the hospitality with my family and my self. Once again thank you very much Yari and Jorge.

This is definitely a go to home for a family vacation. The house is perfect and the host responded back when we had any minor questions. It is spacious, beautiful and provided a safe environment to enjoy. We were able to cook outside as well as inside and had everything we needed to do so. There are common bathroom spaces outside and inside the house with a variety of washing stations (hoses and sinks) outdoors that met our needs. The pool is beautiful, was super clean with an amazing view. During the morning we would recharge with the sounds of nature and enjoyed the sunset. Looking forward to come back soon, it really met our expectations!

Surprisingly perfect destination! Private selective location, cozy stay + all needed supply’s & attractions nearby. Personal touch in details, also very resourceful hosting. Definitely a reschedule ahead… There are many good reasons to go back at Coco Beach

The Super Rica Pool area. Perfect for spending time with family and/or friends. They need to improve the cleanliness of the patio, bathroom and kitchen. Internet never worked

Absolutely wonderful stay at CARIBBEAN 181-MODERN FRONT BEACH HOUSE My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at CARRIBEAN 181-MODERN FRONT BEACH HOUSE for 4 nights, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we booked, Carolina was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering local recommendations. The house itself was pristine, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. We especially appreciated the incredible pool with the view of the ocean. The location was perfect—your own private beach that you can walk on and collect seashells or see sea turtles. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we were able to relax and enjoy our trip without any worries.

This is a great, peaceful spot. A well- updated property that is comfortable and practical. There is a great big fenced yard fantastic for a family with kids and a pet. The nearby mangroves and beach are fantastic for nature-lovers. Overall, it is a great place for a unique experience on the island.

Nahomy was an excellent host and the place was great! Everything was very clean and cozy. Great beds and sheets and nice bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. All the essentials! Really enjoyed the gas cooktop too! The area feels safe and is fun at night to walk to nearby places for beer or food. We would definitely recommend this place and would look forward to coming back! Loved our visit!

The house is absolutely GORGEOUS, we went with out toddlers and they loved the space. It’s even more beautiful than the pictures. Very easy to find and the host are so kind and responsive. The solar panels are a huge plus.

Very good stay, excellent place to share with the family.

We selected Gerardo's place to stay as it was closed to the Marina where we were working a regatta. We enjoyed the private inside parking and the pool. Gerardo left us a personalized welcome letter, chocolates and wine. We will book again, next time we have an event in Salinas.

We were at Mickey's house for more than a month and his house is in perfect condition, super clean, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Leiza was always on top of everything, every time I wrote to her I received a quick response. I definitely recommend them 100%, we would stay here again. Thank you for everything.🤗

This place is absolutely incredible. Everyone in the area should stay here!! It's a gem in every sense and we will be staying here again if we are back in the area. Pros: - The house. The bedrooms are beautiful + clean and the beds are comfortable. There are two great bathrooms. The kitchen is a full-sized modern kitchen. There's even an office for working. - The AC is great and there's an AC unit in every room. - Lots of free amenities from the toothpaste to rice. - Feels like a home. - Reasonably convenient location. It's in a neighborhood in the hills that's in between Salinas and Guayama, but for us who were splitting time between Salinas and Guayama it was optimal. - Great value. Cons: - It's a bit loud in the mornings because there's a chicken coop full of testeroned up roosters right next door. But you get used to it after a few days. Nights were pretty quiet though. - Some bugs. I think is to be expected for tropical climates.
