Todo super bien, Luisfer fue muy amable de principio a fin ayudándonos con cualquier pregunta y con el check in más temprano.

El lugar es super lindo y a un precio cómodo según lo que considere cada persona. Deberían flexibilizar las horas de Check-in, teniendo en cuenta que solo pude entrar después de 3:00 pm, pero al día siguiente salí mucho antes de la hora del Check-Out y un CheckIn a las 3:00 pm es tarde. De manera general super lindo el lugar y acogedor.

This is my second time staying in Andrea’s place and it truly feels like home. The place is clean and clutter free. Great place to stay. There’s a local mall which is walking distance. The pool was clean and love the rules that are implemented which makes it a great place to relax. There’s a supermarket walking distance a local quick stop little convenience store like a 7 eleven. I felt safe with the neighborhood. Will definitely stay in this area again

The apartment was exactly what I needed on my first visit to this new city. It was a safe, centrally located in the northern part of the city. The surrounding area have a lot of clinics and local stores. The apartment is pictured accurately on the listing and it was clean and has everything one needs for a short-medium stay. I'm glad that there was a in-unit washer, iron, and blowdryer. They are details but exactly things I needed. During my stay, the air conditioner also stopped working but Luz quickly reconciled it and I had air conditioning again. It was a new unit and was installed promptly. She's an excellent host and always within reach if needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Shirley y Raúl que experiencia tan increíble que tuve en su apartamento. Desde que llegué, sentí que estaba en un espacio muy especial — ¡literalmente me sentí como en casa! Todo en el lugar transmite frescura, confort y una vibra moderna que lo hace muy innovador. Los espacios están perfectamente pensados: los cuartos son lo mejor, súper cómodos, tranquilos y acogedores. La sala y la cocina también me encantaron, son funcionales, amplias y con un diseño que invita a disfrutar. El aire acondicionado fue un gran plus, sobre todo por lo bien distribuido que está en el apartamento, siempre se sentía fresco y agradable. La ubicación es excelente, todo me quedaba cerca, y eso hizo que mi estadía fuera aún más práctica. Además, quiero destacar el servicio de administración del edificio, que me pareció impecable — todo muy bien organizado y con excelente atención. La casa que rentamos es bastante agradable y muy casera, nos sentimos "como en casa", es tal cual como lo describen en el anuncio de airbnb y hasta mas!!!, con seguridad volvería y lo recomendaría a ojo cerrado.

Miguel was a very good host, the property was clean and well located. We went around carnival and we were at a walking distance from the main parade. He was very kind and gave us good advise about places to visit and eat.

Comercial mall IBuenavista la casa en excelentes condiciones muy limpia y fresca en todo momento me asesoraron en todo para disfrutar la ciudad sin duda volvería a alojarme las fotos son idénticas a la de la casa y me sentí cómodo en familia es el mejor sitio donde me he alojado en Colombia muy seguro volveré muchas gracias a linda y a su mamá son personas excelentes

Alcides el coanfitrión, es una persona muy dispuesta para la atención e hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Hubo un poco de dificultad en la comunicación con Andrés Felipe, el anfitrión, quien no responde llamadas, solo mensajes por Watssap y se demora también para responder estos; pero al final nos resolvió y pudimos disfrutar de Puerto Colombia y sus alrededores. La cabaña es encantadora, adecuada para grupos grandes.

Excelente, una buena opción para viajes en grupo, cerca de tiendas, droguerías y lugares para comer. Nuestros anfitriones fueron muy amables y estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra llegada y durante nuestra estadía.

Excelente lugar, ubicado en una zona muy buena, el personal del edificio muy atento y amigable. El anfitrión siempre estuvo dispuesto a colaborarnos en lo que necesitamos y la información que nos dio fue súper clara. El aparta estudio es muy bonito, cómodo y limpio. Súper recomendado.

The apartment is great, very spacious and comfortable. The a/c is very good as the climate is on the hot side. I can’t say anything negative on the contrary excellent place will definitely come back.

The host was very helpful & responsive the entire trip. Gave us a great list of recommendations for things to do & places to eat. There isn't a super market or food close by you can walk to, but there are options to get food delivered. To get around town you have to get a taxi or Uber everywhere if you don't rent a car. There was 1 day that the lights went out. from about 7am until 8pm, which was inconvenient, however the host very was acomodating & offered transportation services for that day, and even offered solutions for another apartment if the city didn't resolve the issue. Over all great trip & I would stay here again.

Located in Rio Mar, beautiful, safe, high end accommodations. The apartment has everything you can think of and you can tell thought was taken. The host was attentive and we will definitely stay there again.

Luis’ listing is a great place to stay. I really appreciated how clean the apartment was upon arrival and the ample supplies (trash bags, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, water, coffee, and basic spices) that were provided. Luis was constantly in communication and making sure I had a good/safe stay. The neighborhood is very safe and has several great restaurants nearby. It’s about 25 minute walk from Gran Malecón if you want to get some exercise or what the sunset. Honestly, this is one of the nicest listings I’ve stayed in Colombia—no notes.
