The condominium and the utilities of the apartment meet the expectation. All bedrooms contain air conditioning, very cozy place to relax. The condominium has a great leisure area and an ice machine that helped a lot. The beach in front is not very suitable for bathing, but the others surprised.

First, the host is very attentive, responds fast and flexible. In addition, the apartment is very comfortable, cozy, new furniture, full kitchen, balcony and wonderful view to the Marina, very attentive employees of the condominium. I recommend and hope to return soon.

A word to evaluate the stay: perfect! We spent wonderful days on island! Since the negotiation/communication with Walter (and advisor); through the issue of the apartment itself, which was clean and is super cozy, everything was great. As well as the location, the village infrastructure is note 1000 (restaurant, pool, internet, game room, large parking, etc.). Already this is the second time that return… Sidney is very helpful, this is always ready to meet the needs of its guests. The house is fronted by the sea, close to markets, with ease of transport to other islands, I already feel like ksa, and so I return, and I intend to return more often. The house offers comfort td that guests need, top quality appliances and furniture, hot shower, comfortable beds, you feel right at home. Super indico for those who want to rest, on the beach belissima, in a tranquil sea. Super recommend! Just go!

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

Nice place, comfortable, spacious, good location. There are night clubs nearby, you can hear the music from the apartment.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

The stay was excellent. Apartment very well located, everything very clean, cozy. Communication with Sergio was great, helpful, kind. The village is well worth the choice and sure enough, it will be chosen again at another opportunity.
