Sitting on the shaded terrace of the listing, you'll have a great view of the mountain, the basaltorgons, the vine area. Under the starry sky, you can have a glass of our wine or watch the jumping little sheep from the breakfast served with your own made sourdough bread. In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, we have a cozy little estate bordered by forest and stream. Large common area downstairs, 4 bedrooms up, fireplace, garden, fire pit, covered pergola, smells and birdsong in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km. The village has a cafe, hole, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world) in 10 minutes, super restaurants, children's and adult activities, concerts, wineries, excursions.

Quiet, quiet, birdsong, lake view. Away from everything and yet close to Lake Balaton. The old wine cellar is located at the foot of the hills of Balatonszepezd. It was completely renovated in 2019, with a well equipped kitchen, a panoramic terrace, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, a toilet, and a loft bedroom. A single sofa bed awaits you on the ground floor, a double bed and a comfortable double sofa bed awaits you. Baby cots and additional accessories are available upon request.
