Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

Il piano superiore ha un'ampia camera matrimoniale, con aria condizionata e ed è affacciato sulla silenziosa piazzetta delle Vecchie Prigioni. Al piano inferiore angolo cottura, con piano ad induzione, frigorifero, bollitore e macchinetta del caffè e zona relax con divano. La camera dispone di comodo bagno privato con doccia, water e bidet, asciugamani e lenzuola incluse.

A soli dieci minuti di macchina potete inoltre raggiungere le stazioni ferroviarie di Latisana e Codroipo. L'alloggio si trova al piano terra della nostra residenza, questo ci permette di essere sempre a vostra disposizione. ANIMALI NON AMMESSI.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Troverete in 5 minuti a piedi la stazione ferroviaria e la stazione degli autobus e a soli 10 minuti di auto dalle spiagge di Lignano e Bibione. Grazie alla sua posizione l'appartamento è fornito da supermercati, da farmacie e da bar. A pochi passi dal bellissimo fiume Tagliamento potrai goderti una passeggiata sull'argine del fiume.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.

La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
