The house is beautiful, just like in the photos, I felt at home. Everything was clean and organised for my arrival. The house is very equipped, it has everything we need. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. Sonia is very attentive and helpful, she responds to messages and gives excellent instructions, I will definitely return.

Simply a 1000. Exactly like the fofos, very close to the beach and the beach was very quiet and clean. We were very comfortable in the house and felt really at home. My dogs loved the big lawn! The Bertioga clover pastel nearby is a great fish shop! We'll be back for sure. And Patricia is always willing to help us. The only inconvenience was a party that was happening on the street next door, but that doesn't discredit the house at all because it can happen anywhere.

We spent a weekend at the house and it was amazing! The house is much better than in the photos, the decoration is modern, fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, bath and pillows available and of good quality. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. It was very cold and the pool was our salvation because it was super warm, due to the electric heating. The condominium has a concierge and is 100% walled, in addition to being next to the beach and very close (5 min) to the downtown area, with several shops and restaurants. Jade always responded quickly and attentively, even extending the deadline for our check-out. You can book, you won't regret it!

My stay at Mr. Antonio was seven days, reunited with my family, whom I had not seen for a year: children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law and relatives and grandchildren. It was a real game-changer! I met amazing people and blessed neighbors, and I had full assistance. The place is quiet, perfect for a moment of mental hygiene, and there are also beaches nearby. The condominium is super safe and pleasant. It was a wonderful experience! We rest, we walk, we interact and we enjoy every moment. Mr. Antonio is to be congratulated for his hospitality, always very attentive, as well as the caretaker, Mr. Valdir, who was extremely helpful. For those looking for a welcoming retreat, I recommend these days in Guaratuba.

Impeccable house, we were extremely delighted with the location. Clean, airy, tidy and well equipped. Your Benê received us with great affection and attention, as well as giving us great tour tips. Direct contact with nature, quiet place, amazing for days of relaxation and union with the family. We'll definitely be back!

Receptive hosts. Great spot to rest. Lake with cute ducklings. Cozy chalet with two bathrooms. And an amazing tennis court, great for playing or, for those who know, playing good sets. Close to waterfalls and the source of the Tietê River. Very good, worth the stay.

Juliana and Ivan are very friendly, kind and proactive… Our stay was very good, quiet and with a beautiful landscape that the house provides. The house is very good and equipped with all the kitchen utensils, bed linens and new pillows. It's really worth it!

The Chácara is great! Good pillows and blankets. The only thing you need to improve is the access to the court and put more sand on the court. We had trouble with the TV in one of the rooms, but nothing that got in the way.

The trip was amazing. The space is beautiful, quiet, private and extremely cozy. Rodrigo was very welcoming from the beginning and Silvio helped us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend the place and hope to return soon.

Our stay was wonderful! You see love and care in every detail. We spent wonderful days as a family. If you're looking to get away from the city, enjoy nature, this is the place. Place maravilloso for those looking for peace and quiet. Sensational view. Large and comfortable structure with excellent maintenance and cleaning. Many leisure activities within the property, We have already planned a family return.

Refugio Santa Helena is a beautiful getaway nestled in a mountain valley. There are 3 themed domes to choose from. There is a new swimming pool. There is a small shop and beautiful decorated restaurant. The staff on site are very friendly and helpful. They helped us check-in late a night. We arrived after 9pm , it was a little challenging in the dark but we did find the place. Please don't trust google maps location pin. Please follow the instructions Leandra gives. We stayed one night and Leandra allowed us to enjoy the day on the property. We also visited the local nature reserve at the source of the Tiete River. Mag & Jesse highly recommend this romantic getaway.

Great place to stay away from everything and rest your mind. Everything is cozy and quiet, very clean and the way it was in the description. Marcelo was always available to clarify our doubts. A remote location, the recommendations for tours are distant, but everything was already warned, so it is good to go prepared with food and basic supplies because there are no markets and grocery stores nearby. I would definitely recommend and would return. Note: Ideal location to spend a few days, considering that the tours are 40km long.

The chalet is impeccable , the Hélio super attentive and thought about the details for the guest's accommodation, the well-equipped air fryer kitchen, coffee maker, microwave , minibar ,bowls and silverware even has a coffee table in bed, they thought about the entertainment setting aside games such as lady, deck, plaid , in addition to the bedding ,blankets , towels ,the chalet is large has 2 double bed and 2 single beds with 2 couples all well organized and cozy the outdoor part is pretty enough green has the heated pool and the outside the place is rustic and pretty well the place has the games hall and even fireplace at the end of the moon recommend and will be a place where I will often go

From the time of booking we were super well taken care of. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Eliete, who is an extremely attentive and caring person. As it was my birthday, I was received with great affection and in the room there were gifts not only for me but also for my children (who loved it!!). We experienced special and unforgettable moments. Breakfast is delicious and we have the option to eat on the dome deck, which has a beautiful view!! The Dome is well equipped and we have good options for lunch and dinner, so we don't even have to worry about bringing something to do or leaving the retreat. The meals prepared by Eliete and her husband are tasty and made on a wood stove. We felt at home and are already looking forward to returning!! The refuge is close to the source of the Tietê River, which is worth visiting! I would like to congratulate Leandra, Eliete and their family for all the care and affection with which they treat their guests, making it not just a stay but an unforgettable experience.
