Trullo holiday rentals in Salento

We spent a wonderful week at Benedetta's trullo enjoying local nature and surroundings and every evening returning to trullo like home. We did not meet Benedetta personally but received all the instructions how to get to the place and hints about what do to in advance and were kindly greeted by her brother. The breakfasts were simply amazing. we are very grateful for the hospitality and will be happy to return to Puglia again.

The most charming place for a break, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. The night skies so clear to see all the stars. We were there for Epiphany so the local towns were lively. Would highly recommend the Trulli at any time of year. it was certainly cosy in early January.

A very charming property with gorgeous original trulli characteristics. Franko, who met us and checked us in was adorable despite speaking no English :) we had a lovely calm and quiet stay in the countryside - thank you!

A beautiful airbnb with an excellent host! The trullo was very well appointed and lovely to stay in, and Anna was so friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful to us. We were also fortunate enough to experience Anna’s sister’s cooking one night, which we highly recommend! 10/10 experience.

Charming stay, super helpful host! Highly recommend and would love to return!

Annalisa couldn’t have been more helpful, and her parents too as her father had to come and rescue us on arrival as there was a religious festival in Alberobello and many roads were closed off! We loved the Trulli, spotless, spacious, well equipped and with thoughtful cakes and provisions in the kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect, such a short walk into the main part of Alberobello which is a trulli wonderful place. So happy we made the choice to stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone. It could easily accommodate two couples and with a small spare room up in the roof. 5 stars all round Hilary Mayman

This was the highlight our Italian vacation. Even in late October, it felt like a summer beach holiday, but without the crowds of high season, we had the whole beach to ourselves. The grounds are amazing and the views of the sea spectacular. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable and the home has all the amenities one would want. Raffaella and Aida have thought of everything and created a magical, well thought out retreat here in Monopoli. We can’t recommend them or their charming seaside Trullo enough. If you are visiting Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, or really anywhere in Puglia, this is where you want to stay. Raffaella told me this home has been in her family for over 60 years. They have captured the essence of a family home and you will feel like family when you stay here. It’s no surprise that the guest book shows families that have returned many times to this special place.

We had a “Trulli” amazing experience at the property. It felt like we were staying in a museum, but also a beautiful villa. very tranquil surroundings beautiful scenery to look at as we swam in the pool. The villa itself is very well equipped and felt very new. The host was always on hand to give advice Taxi numbers recommendations. I would say it’s one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for the money. The towns and villages surrounding the area are stunning. If I’m ever back in Puglia, I will definitely be coming back to this Villa. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

If you have a car, Magda Trulli is the best place to stay - private, spacious, clean & convenient with a lovely host who provided friendly suggestions about activities. We’ve been staying in Air BnBs for 3 months in 4 countries & this was the best!!! Thanks Marco for your fabulous hospitality.

Amazing place owned by amazing people. 5 stars accommodation with two swimming pools. We felt like at home with all the services. Peaceful accommodation. The region is so beautiful and we were lucky with the weather. We fully recommend renting this place and we will be happy to come back in the future.

Beautiful villa, lovely private location, close to nice restaurants in Putignano where there is also a Lidl supermarket. Half hour drive to the coast which is worth the trip. Caves boat trip from Polignano a Mare is great. Wouldn’t recommend car hire from Europcar at Bari Airport - over 2 hours in a queue to get to their checkin desk!! All the other car hire desks didn’t have any issues. Villa was well equipped & pool was great. Only thing we couldn’t find was oven gloves so we got some & left them there. Information when booking - water is limited from a well so we had no water twice, communication was great & issue was sorted quickly with a truck coming to fill it. Fuse box tripped a couple of times which meant pool filter stopped but again sorted quickly. If house alarm goes off there is prompt security arrival but they were very understanding !! Highly recommend a stay here, we would love to book again in the future.

We had the pleasure of staying in this trullo for a month with our family of 5. The house felt larger than what the pictures showed. The ceilings in the trullo rooms were much higher than we expected and the outside space was just perfect. So much room for our kids to play. We opted to heat the pool and it was SO warm and comfortable. Highly recommend. The kitchen was fairly equipped, but missing some things I would have liked for this long of a stay. Monica was quick help us with anything we needed and even brought a few things to us that we mentioned would be nice to have (Moka coffee maker and a hand mixer - thank you!!). She was really an incredible host. So responsive and kind. The location is really nice and central for exploring the Puglia region. I felt very safe going for runs around the neighborhood and we really appreciated the privacy of the property. One con: the neighborhood dogs seem to put on a bit of a nightly symphony at around 1am.

To start with this was the best AirBB experience we have had in our 10 years of traveling! From our arrival we were greeted by our host Fabio & his wife. This place was amazing from the personal walk through of this beautifully appointed home. The home is on a large property that has been renovated & modernized while keeping the charm of the Trulli home style. We started with the 1st & main kitchen that had everything you would need & a covered patio table for morning espresso. We then walked through the first 2 bedrooms & first full & well appointed bathroom. First was 2 twins that was perfect if we had others with us. Then the larger second bedroom where our friend stayed perfectly appointed. There was a private entrance to the second kitchen which separated us from our friend to make more private. Our guest ensuite was amazing with perfect lighting, amazing bed & decor & huge bathroom with a beautiful cooper accent shower. Best was the huge exterior patio space with heated pool.

As with previous reviews, you're all set! The main place is beautiful. Having a fully equipped studio a few meters from the main accommodation is a real plus for tranquility. The environment in the middle of the olive trees, the calm, the sun, the pool, the trampoline, in short, that it's difficult to leave! Thanks to Joséphine, Mario, Maria...

Simply stunning. Bruno’s Trulli property is even more beautiful than the photos. An excellent base to explore Puglia, Bruno proactively recommended places to visit / eat every day. He and Sveltana were most welcoming, and even helped to arrange for a local chef (Angelo) to come in and cook typical Apulian food. If you are thinking of staying here - just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a truly amazing time at Samira's trullo. What a beautiful place and setting! So peaceful and in a great location to explore the area and communication with Samira throughout our stay was excellent! We thoroughly recommended it to anyone! Thank you!

Great hosts and a wonderful place! Highly recommend staying in a trulli home yet with all the amenities one needs. A very unique and memorable experience for sure. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful from beginning to end!

The space was perfect, and better than in the pictures. It was perfect for our group which included kids. There was also a pool table and table tennis table that the kids loved. The location was great, close to the beaches and also short drives to lots of incredible towns and villages. Francesco was an incredible host helping us at every request and going above and beyond. We enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation. Thank you Francesco for a wonderful stay!

The hammock in the olive grove quickly became my favorite place. This trullo is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. It is furnished and prepared with a lot of love. A list of tips for exploring the area is already on the kitchen table upon arrival. There are nice touches. At night, the great mattress sleeps really well. The internet also works first-class. And even though Serena is not on site, I had the impression she lives right next door. She responds very quickly to all kinds of questions and is also happy to reveal who bakes the best pizza in town. In the end, I didn't want to leave. I'll be back because Serena's round cottage is a gem in this Trulliwunderland.

Very nice stay at Sandra's. Mariella's welcome was great. Very nice house, quiet (it's what we were looking for) well equipped and clean. Sandra even provides pool towels. The area and surrounding villages are very pretty. Thanks for this beautiful stay

The Trullo looks exactly like in the pictures and is very clean. Ilaria is very friendly and always available. When traveling with your own dog, it’s good to know that the neighbor’s dogs occasionally come onto the property but we didn’t have a issue. All in all we had an amazing time with our dog.
