Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Salem

Very nice and cozy home; I stayed 14 days and I loved every minute. The hosts were very responsive and proactive. I had no issues with it being a main road but I suggest to ALWAYS park in reverse so it is easy when you are trying to come out into the traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

The view!!!! Truly spectacular and more magnificent and stunning than the pictures. We took advantage of Cynthia’s recommendation and hired Chef Ian who spoiled us with an amazing dinner and selection of wines for my husband’s 60th birthday dinner that included our two adult children and their significant others. The six of us all stayed at the home together for the vacation and it was perfect. The house is a short drive into town where we enjoyed great takeout from Social Goods one night and another evening had a yummy dinner at Rosmarino, meeting the warm and welcoming owner. Chef Ian put us in touch with his friend Aaron who drove us to three different wineries on Saturday and he even picked up our preordered lunch. Aaron was so kind and funny and born and raised there so had great tips and information to share. My husband and I are huge runners and found some good areas to run within a short drive from the house. All in all, a top ten place and wonderfully responsive host!

Jordan’s home was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We especially loved being able to walk to the restaurants on 3rd Street.

Our experience was exceptional, thanks to Trevor and Dara's warmth and hospitality at their stunning property. Trevor kindly offered us a tour of his fascinating area, despite our early arrival. As Hawaii natives, we found this rural retreat to be precisely what we had envisioned, and we appreciated the peaceful and unique ambiance. Their home is ideal for unwinding and socializing. This home was so peaceful and welcoming!. The sound from the waterfalls was just magical! The pictures did not do it justice. The kitchen was stocked with great cookware and sharp knives. Hard to find that at most bnb’s. Every one of us said multiple times that this was the best place we have ever stayed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for being a great host, Foster!

We absolutely loved this cabin in the woods - it was magnificent! It was so private - exactly what our family of 4 needed as we vacationed from our busy lives. And the hike to Duncan Falls was incredible. What an enchanting area! We will plan to visit this property again because we were so taken with the unique architecture, private space, and beautiful scenery! A true gem in the Columbia Gorge!

We had a great 2 night stay at Dan and Shelley’s cottage. It is a wonderful spot located in the beautiful countryside surrounded by lush greenery. Lots of wineries around. The cottage was very spacious for my family of 4. Hosts were very communicative and we especially appreciated the minimal check- out requirements. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for a one night stay! It was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the welcome gift, thank you! It would be great to have a TV or projector screen in the upstairs bedroom, just for a bit of extra relaxation. I also enjoyed meeting people from the house and having a nice time outside with Mila the dog. If I wasn’t so tired I would’ve mingled a lil more! Overall, a great stay…thank you!

A peaceful place with a lovely view and wonderful deck. I especially loved the redwing blackbirds singing in the field below.

This is my favorite air bnb I’ve ever stayed out. The location was great, the space was so beautiful and so affordable. Jim was amazing so friendly and helpful with recommendations. He didn’t make us do any of the cleaning, had seltzer waters and coffee for us on top of everything else, and was just so lovely and pleasant. Thanks so much Jim! Your home is so wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful place & hosts. Susan and her husband were more than welcoming, and had a lot of great suggestions for us as far as what to do around the area. Gorgeous view, cozy place, all around a great stay.

We loved our four night stay here while exploring Portland and the Columbia River Gorge area. Since we were driving the parking in a safe garage was priceless to us. The apartment had everything we needed, including washer/dryer that we really needed at the tail end of a long roadtrip. The view from the apartment was beautiful and it felt really nice getting back to the apartment after a whole day of outing. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to Portland.

Our stay at Lisa's was wonderful. We were in town for a triathlon and Lisa's spot was perfectly located, quiet, and spacious. She was a great host with some great dogs. We loved the nearby parks.

Amazing Airbnb! The location is great- being close to the city yet having a bit more quiet. The owners are truly the best. They continually went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their communication was consistently impressive, from my initial inquiry prior to booking all the tickets at through checkout. I was traveling with twin newborns & they were so helpful in setting my trip up for success. The Airbnb itself is thoughtfully arranged & more than you could ask for. Their back yard is AMAZING! Great open green space, camp fire area, dining & a great play set. We plan to be back soon! (: 10/10 would highly recommend!

Everytime I come to Portland (which is a lot), I stay at Keith's. My stay is always exactly how I like it- well-appointed and peaceful. Looking forward to my next visit!

Our four night stay was absolutely wonderful. The unit made us feel safe and comfortable. Plenty of room to enjoy being indoors, with a full kitchen with everything you may need to make a home cooked meal. Walking distance to a beautiful creek youncan swim in, and two parks for the small kiddos. Shops and restaurants super close as well. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Oregon. We absolutely loved the cabin so cute.. the fire place was a nice touch. Our favorite was sitting out by the creek with our morning coffee just watching all the wildlife. It’s so peaceful and the neighborhood was beautiful. We will definitely be back..

Such a fun stay! The “Lookout Tower” accommodations were perfect for exploring wine country. Hard to beat an evening glass of wine and a morning cup of coffee overlooking the vineyard.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is so beautiful! The home is well appointed with comfy beds and enough space for everyone. The kids loveddddd the game room space. My family really enjoyed using the boats on the pond and relaxing on the deck. 10/10 would recommend.

We loved our stay in this cabin! Great home base to explore the area's hikes, boating, natural beauty... The important things were clean: linens, floors, dishes, toilet and shower. However the place needed a deep clean of the inside of the cabinets, walls and ceilings, etc. The place had lots of great amenities and provided a fun relaxing weekend escape. we'll be back!

This place is truly a little slice of heaven on Earth. Quiet, peaceful, and you basically have a little part of the river to yourself. The house is so thoughtfully designed and just beautiful. The hosts are amazing and super accommodating. We were super sad to leave and hope to come back in the future!

Impressive log cabin with beautiful private yard and lovely wooded trails. House is very spacious and comfortable, plenty of beds but only one enclosed bedroom. Fun space for a group. Ethan was very flexible and good at communicating promptly. Loved the hot tub, stone fireplace is gorgeous though we didn’t put to use. The is a very special place

Keith was so proactive in helping us, and his place is so peaceful. It feels like a secluded corner of a deep forest which is entirely your own. A beautiful cabin that has everything you need.
