A l'étage, avec vue imprenable sur le village et sur le pic du Gar, il a un autre atout, c'est sa proximité avec la forêt qui lui donne un coté paisible et sauvage. A l'intérieur, le bois, la hauteur de plafond, les 2 mezzanines, mais aussi sa déco avec des objets de brocante, font de ce grand studio un chalet atypique et chaleureux.

It is located in the charming village of Saléchan (65), a 20-minute drive from the town of Luchon (31110). In winter, the ski resorts of Le Mourtis, Superbagnères and Peyragudes are 30 min away. In summer, many nearby nature sports, tourist sites (St Bertrand de Comminges, small villages of the Barousse), spa (Luchon, Loudenvielle).

Hikes, bike path, mountain biking circuits, natural lakes, thermal baths, climbing, tree climbing and ski areas are nearby.

Our family home is 1h15 from Toulouse, 20 minutes from the Spanish border and Luchonnais, and 30 minutes from the first ski resorts, quiet! On the terrace you can have lunch with a breathtaking view of the village. An outdoor Nordic Spa is available to relax after a mountain walk. Swimming possible in a beautiful natural lake located 200m away at the exit of the village. The courtyard and park are fully fenced. Bikes available.

La Grange de Coumes between Arreau and Loudenvielle

Nestled between the Aure and Louron valleys, this secluded barn offers you peace and quiet while being close to Loudenvielle and Saint-Lary. Access will be on foot, on a path of about 300 meters. Solar panels supply the barn with electricity, an opportunity to change your habits. The barn is heated only by a wood-burning stove. A Nordic bath will allow you to relax and enjoy the nature around you.
