Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods.
