The "Apartamento Avenida" is a modern T0, in an anti-seismic construction building of the year 2008, very welcoming, with a lot of light, located in the historical center of the city of Horta, island of Faial, Azores, in the middle of the marginal avenue, near bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, general commerce and areas of tourist interest, 10 minutes walk from the beach of Conceição, maritime terminal and beach of Porto Pim. This tradicional stone house rightly bears the name "Casa Vista Fantástica". Look forward to a fantastic, unobstructed view of the wide Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of Pico with Portugal's highest mountain "Montanha do Pico", 2,351m. The rooms go up to the roof and convey a great feeling of space. The jewel of the house is the large conservatory, wich is glazed on 3 sides inluding the roof, and which might be better be called a summer garden.

Just a couple of minutes driving from Madalena village, this traditional and remodeled wine house has its own vineyard on the backyard.
