With sandy beach and shallow, this is the perfect family retreat! Idyllic outdoor area with flats, barbecue and roof top with fireplace. The cabin can be used summer and winter. There is no running water. There is a normal 230 V current, and there is heating with both panel stoves and a wood-burning stove. The cabin has an outdoor toilet.

Egen markterasse og tilgang til stor hage med grill og bålplass. Fredelig nabolag. Nært sentrum, fjorden og naturen. Fra leiligheten ser man rett ned på havneområdet med den flotte sjøparken. Der er det molo med unikt utsiktspunkt, badstue og tilbud om RIB-kjøring og ørne-safari. Det er 3 min. å gå til sentrum med butikker og kafeer/spisesteder.

På samme tomt som Magasinet, som skal istandsettes i 2026 med midler fra Kulturminnefondet. Ligger praktisk til rett ved Sjøvegan (650m til sentrum) hvor det finnes både butikker, kafeer, restauranter og dusj. Svært enkel standard! There is running water (drinking water can be purchased) and electricity, 3 bedrooms, fireplace and lovely outdoor area with a view of the river (fishing license can be purchased), mountains, midnight sun and Northern Lights. Gapahuk with fireplace for nice evenings outdoors. 10 minutes to the village of "Setermoen". The house is located midway between Tromsø, Narvik and Harstad.

Enjoy the great views, slow pace and high standard with family and friends. In the living room you can enjoy the outdoor feeling even if the weather is not on your side. By the sea you can fish, swim and enjoy the moment. Here you are guaranteed a resting heart rate, good moments and quality time. The cabin has no electricity and water, but upgraded facilities so that there is 12V, 230v, hot and cold water in the spring. Cooktop and oven on gas. Minimum 22 years for rent.

Charming log cabin by the river

Sjarmerende, liten tømmerhytte rett ved elva. Hytta har bare ett rom, med en køyeseng, spisebord med to stoler, tv på veggen, kjøkkenbenk med vask (uten innlagt vann, se lenger ned i teksten), kjøleskap og varmeovn. Utenfor hytta er det en platting med bord og benk. Toalett og kjøkken finner man i servicebygget 20 meter fra hytta. Det er ikke innlagt vann på selve hytta, dette må hentes enten i den lille bua rett ovenfor hytta, eller inne på kjøkkenet på servicebygget.
