Holiday rentals with a pool in Salamanca

Excelente lugar, muy cercano a Chamartin y Plaza Castilla, fácil de llegar a todos lados. El lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. Luis nos brindó un excelente servicio. Volveríamos sin duda

Piscine privée et piscine de l immeuble, salle de sport , parking , 2 superbes terrasses le tout très bien équipé enfin un véritable Airbnb de qualité ! Ramon nous a donné d excellentes adresses pour déjeuner en attendant l heure d arrivée, a été arrangeant pour nous laisser partir un peu plus tard ! Nous comptons bien revenir très vite

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

El piso de Nacho es amplio, muy agradable y limpio, y el trato con el propietario fue excelente desde entrada hasta salida. Lo tendremos en cuenta para siguientes viajes a la zona de Madrid!

Solo estuvimos una noche tras asistir a un concierto en el Metropolitano. El apartamento cumplió estupendamente su función, zona tranquila y camas cómodas. Alex muy atento en todo momento. Recomendable

I highly recommend this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need, whether you’re exploring the city or just want convenient access to shops and restaurants. The apartment is incredibly roomy and comfortable, which made a huge difference during our stay. It felt more like a home than a rental. Everything we needed was provided — from kitchen essentials to extra towels. If you’re looking for a place that’s well-located, spacious, and fully equipped, this is the one. Apartamento ideal y bien comunicado. Francisco nos envió las instrucciones con tiempo suficiente para planificar nuestra llegada y nos proporcionó detalles útiles. pudimos acceder a la vivienda un poco antes, lo cual es un detalle porque teníamos in evento familiar y nos facilitó la logística. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, muy amable y hospitalidad top. La casa es cómoda para cuatro personas al disponer de sofá cama. Es muy luminoso, la terraza es una maravilla y todo estaba muy limpio. la ropa de cama de algodón y la cama muy cómoda. El apartamento está reformado recientemente y todo está muy cuidado. Cuenta con pequeños detalles como detergente para lavar ropa, variedad de tes, cafetera tipo nespresso, etc. Dormimos fenomenal, la zona es muy tranquila. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de Santiago Bernabeu (5min) y a 18min andando de Pza. Castilla. Tiene cerca varias lineas de autobús y metro. Nos sentimos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.
