Cosy one-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Salamanca neighbourhood (Madrid's Golden Mile). BEDROOM: The bed is 135x190 cm. There is electric heating and a large built-in wardrobe where you will find two sets of bath towels (two hand towels and two shower towels) and an additional duvet. You can request an extra set of sheets or towels on request. There is also an iron and ironing board. LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: LIVING space with integrated kitchen with breakfast bar and two benches, with individual hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, tall fridge with freezer and has kitchenware such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It also has a handy broom with some cleaning tools. Living room with TV and own internet line. Coffee capsules, tea, sugar and oil/vinegar and salt are left as a courtesy in the kitchen. Coffee, Tea, Oil and Vinegar in monodosis courtesy mine. BATHROOM: Washing machine and a shower. It is left as a courtesy shampoo, gel and toilet paper. I will be available to deal with any requests regarding the property throughout the stay. Retiro Park Industrial House

Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
