It is a unique location where the Kamogawa River, the greenery of Shimokamogawa Shrine, and the atmosphere of Kyoto University's student town intersect. In the spring, you can take a walk along the Kamogawa River, where cherry blossoms bloom on both banks, or cross the stepping stones at Kamogawa Delta, which is a 5-minute walk away. In summer, you can take the Eizan train and enjoy the cool breeze on the river floor of Kibune. You can enjoy Kyoto in each of the four seasons as if you lived there. A fully renovated house that has been built for many years.
