The house is newly renovated in 2020 and is located between Kyoto Station and Kintetsu Toji Station, it takes only a few minutes to walk to Aeon mall and Kyoto landmark Toji Five-chigata, within 200 meters, there are Lawson, 711, Family Mart, Fresco, Fresco, Fresh supermarket, KFC, Mos Burger, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, BOOKOFF, movie theater, Kyoto Minakai Hall, etc. The house is a new two-story one-unit building in a quiet and traditional neighborhood in the south area of Kyoto, three-bedroom two bathrooms up to nine beds, free WiFi, TV, washing machine + dryer, air purifier, etc., about 900m walk from Kyoto Station, only a 2-minute walk from Kintoji Station, convenient to visit various attractions in Kyoto. In accordance with the relevant regulations of Kyoto City's hotel industry, guests are required to provide passports, residence cards and other identity documents for registration before checking in, and we will pay Kyoto City Accommodation Tax for guests accordingly.Maximum occupancy: 9 people (1F: 4 in the tatami room; 2F: Western-style single bed x 2 + 3 tatami room). No smoking on the front street in front of the house, and quiet after 9pm to avoid noise.Guest check out time is 10am, no reason late check out more than 60 minutes plus half-day room rate, no reason more than 90 minutes late plus one day rate.
