This room is under fire inspection and has a lodging business licence from the public health centre. Because it is downtown, the view from the window is not great. The view from the window is bad. But it is a bright and clean room. Outside sounds may be heard. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and you may hear the sound from there. This apartment is a legitimate residential accommodation facility that has obtained official permission from the city administration based on the Residential Accommodation Business Act. Therefore, according to the law, we require a list of all guests and a copy of the passport for foreign travellers. There is a limit to the amount of Wi-Fi usage.
