The apartment is great and we really liked that it included parking as it is a busy area, especially in summer. Communication with Bea was good. The location 10/10. The only thing is that there is a little noise at night from the bars in the area.

Susana's apartment was just perfect for a short break. Everything is sparkling clean and very nicely furnished. There are numerous restaurants and shops in the vicinity. The beaches are also nearby. All in all, a perfect holiday.

We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely stay at his house again.

Leonor was very warm, welcoming and attentive. The appartment is very clean and well organized at walking distance from the ocean. Only downside were the barking dogs next door that kept our 2 year old awake the first night, but this does of course not reflect on the apartment or the wonderul hosts. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and I highly recommend this appartment for anyone looking to visit this area.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The views of the apartment on the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. a truly privileged place in terms of the environment that surrounds the urbanization, with a beach a few meters from the house and still it seems that you are in the middle of the mountain for the tranquility and the vegetation. the site is a fantasy. the house is great, it has everything with a terrace overlooking the mountain that gives a lot of peace. a very safe development with its own parking. the whole house is very modern and has everything. Lastly Elena the host has not seen a person who answers the truth more quickly jejej a 10 for her. super attentive and friendly. definitely a place to repeat many times.

There are few places that I've liked as much as Nacho's. I love the location, the house and Nacho's super personal attention. We won't hesitate for a second to come back, as we had a wonderful time and want to repeat.

Beatriz has been very responsive and profesional, always keen to find solutions quickly. The house was very easy to access and some welcome amenities were waiting for us. Location is great in the middle of the village and the house is as described and shown in the pictures. Very recomendable stay.

A charming house in a beautiful neighborhood

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the centre of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the centre. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.
